After waking up from my sleep, I groggily got out of bed and started my day.

My suit was damaged, but it was repairable. The events of the previous night replayed in my mind—fighting alongside Iron Man, the intense battle with Iron Monger, and the unexpected confrontation with Daredevil.

I stretched, feeling the aches and bruises from my encounters.

"Need to start learning to dodge better," I muttered to myself, rubbing a particularly sore spot on my shoulder. "Or got to put tech in my suit that I haven't been able to do due to my busy schedule."

After a quick shower, I got dressed and prepared for the day ahead. I had school to attend, and then I'd head to Horizon Labs to work on my suit and my project with Anya.

"Morning, Uncle Ben. Morning, Aunt May," I greeted them as I entered the kitchen for breakfast.

"Morning, Peter," Uncle Ben said, looking up from his newspaper. "You okay? You look a bit tired."

"Yeah, just had a late night studying," I replied, not wanting to worry them with the truth.

Aunt May placed a plate of pancakes in front of me. "Make sure you eat well, Peter. You need your energy."

"Thanks, Aunt May," I said, digging in.

After breakfast, I grabbed my backpack and headed out the door. "See you later!"

SCHOOL

The walk to school gave me some time to think about the improvements I needed for my suit. As I approached the school, I saw Gwen and waved.

"Hey, Gwen!" I called out.

"Hey, Peter!" she replied, smiling. "Ready for another day of fun and excitement?"

"As ready as I'll ever be," I said with a grin.

We chatted as we walked into the school, and soon we were joined by our friends, Jean, Clayton, and Michelle. The conversation inevitably drifted towards Harry and his mom, but I quickly steered it away.

"Did you guys hear about the new project in science class?" I asked, changing the subject. ' I really don't want to think about my failure to help my best friend and his mom.'

After a day of classes and avoiding Flash's usual antics, I headed to Horizon Labs.

HORIZON

Anya was already there, working diligently.

"Hey, Anya," I greeted her as I set my backpack down.

"Hi, Peter," she replied, glancing up. "Ready to work on our project?"

"Absolutely," I said, pulling out some notes. "But first, I need to work on something for a bit. Had a little... mishap with a personal project."

Anya raised an eyebrow but didn't press for details. "Sure, go ahead. Just don't forget we have a deadline."

I nodded and began repairing my suit, making notes of the improvements I wanted to implement. As I worked, I thought about the different fighting styles I'd encountered and how I could better prepare for future battles.

What I'm putting in my suit currently is Rika, my AI that I haven't been able to fully intimate due to a lack of time and resources.

Hours flew by as I tinkered and tested, making sure everything was in top condition. Finally, the suit was repaired and upgraded, ready for another night of crime-fighting.

"Looks like you're making good progress," Anya said, glancing over.

"Yeah, I think this will hold up a lot better now," I replied, satisfied with the enhancements.
