Authors POV:

As the days went by, she couldn't help but notice Aayansh more and more. She would catch herself staring at him during meetings, admiring the way he commanded the room with his presence. She would find excuses to talk to him, asking for his input on trivial matters just so she could hear his voice.

Aayansh, oblivious to Vaidehi's growing obsession, continued to treat her with kindness and respect. He would offer her words of encouragement, praise her work, and even offer to help her with her tasks.

Vaidehi's infatuation with Aayansh only grew stronger. She started to dream about him at night, imagining scenarios where they would be together. She would fantasize about what it would be like to be his partner, to be the one he turns to for support and love.

One day, Vaidehi was browsing through her favorite clothing store in the mall, lost in thought as she scanned the racks of clothes. Suddenly, she heard a familiar voice behind her.

"Vaidehi? Vaidehi, is that you?"

Vaidehi turned around to see Mrs. Shekhawat, Aayansh's mom, standing behind her with a warm smile on her face.

"Mrs. Shekhawat! Oh, what a surprise!" Vaidehi exclaimed, as they exchanged a warm hug.

"I know, right? I was shopping for some gifts for my family and I saw you from afar. How are you, beta?" Mrs. Shekhawat asked, concern etched on her face.

"I'm doing well, thank you. Just busy with work and life in general," Vaidehi replied, as they walked together through the store.

"Ah, I know how that is. But you know, Vaidehi, I've been thinking a lot about you lately," Mrs. Shekhawat said, her eyes sparkling with a hint of mischief.

"Oh? What about?" Vaidehi asked, curiosity piqued.

"Well, I was thinking that you and Aayansh would make a great couple," Mrs. Shekhawat said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Vaidehi's eyes widened in surprise. "Mrs. Shekhawat, I...I don't know what to say!"

"Call me Aunty, beta. And don't be shy, I was just joking" Mrs. Shekhawat said with a knowing smile.

Vaidehi's face turned bright red as she tried to process her emotions. "Aunty, I... It's fine"

"let's catch up and have some coffee. My treat! Because you didn't had dinner that night" Mrs. Shekhawat exclaimed, as they laughed and continued shopping together.

Vaidehi and Mrs. Shekhawat sat in the cozy cafe, sipping their coffee and enjoying the warm atmosphere. They had just finished a delicious lunch and were now indulging in some relaxing conversation.

"Vaidehi, I must say, I'm so impressed with the way you've been handling yourself," Mrs. Shekhawat said, her eyes shining with warmth. "You're so confident and capable, and I can see why Aayansh chose you as junior assistant"
