Hi guys! First of all thanks to RaYaworld I have used the name given by you in the story! Secondly this story I've tried to write in hindi. Hope you enjoy!!
The days after their son's birth were filled with joy and laughter, but also with the playful frustration of not having yet named the baby. The family had taken to calling him "baby," "babu," and other endearing terms. Anupama and Anuj loved the attention their little one received, but they knew it was time to give him a proper name.
Every morning, the household bustled with activity as family members vied for their turn to play with the baby. Rajesh, Anuj's father, loved to call him "chota raja" while Madhav, Anupama's father, preferred "nannu."
"Good morning, chota raja," Rajesh cooed as he lifted the baby from his crib.
"Nannu, yeh dadaji se milo," Madhav said, extending his hand to tickle the baby's feet.
"Aaj humara chota raja kya karega?" Rajesh asked, smiling at the baby's gurgles.
"Dadu, iska naam chota raja hi rakh do na," Aadhya said with a giggle, watching her grandfathers.
"Arey, Aadhya beta, naam toh kuch aur sochna padega. Itna confusion kaise chalega?" Sushma, Anupama's mother, replied, her eyes twinkling with amusement.
The day of the naming ceremony arrived, and the house was beautifully decorated with flowers and lights. Mukku had outdone herself, ensuring every corner of the house reflected the joy of the occasion. Sushma and Meera had worked tirelessly in the kitchen, preparing an array of delicious dishes that made everyone's mouth water.
Anupama and Anuj, dressed in traditional attire, welcomed their guests with warm smiles. The excitement was palpable, and everyone eagerly awaited the moment when the baby's name would finally be revealed.
As everyone gathered in the living room, Anuj cleared his throat to address the family. "Toh sab log ready hain? Aaj humare chote baby ka naam decide karna hai."
"Haan, haan! Bahut time ho gaya baby ko baby bulate hue," Mukku chimed in, adjusting a garland.
"Bilkul sahi kaha tumne, Mukku. Toh chalo, sab apne suggestions do, A se shuru hone wale," Anuj said, looking around the room.
"Sushma ji, aap shuru kijiye," Rajesh suggested, handing her a piece of paper.
"Main toh Adhiraj naam suggest karungi. Bahut hi powerful aur traditional naam hai," Sushma said confidently.
Meera, not to be outdone, immediately responded. "Adhiraj achha hai, lekin Aryan zyada modern aur classy hai."
Madhav interjected with his own suggestion. "Aakash bhi accha naam hai. Khula asmaan jaisa."
Rajesh nodded thoughtfully. "Mujhe Aarav bhi pasand hai. Simple aur strong."
As the suggestions flowed, a friendly but spirited debate ensued between Sushma and Meera.
"Adhiraj naam zyada meaningful hai," Sushma insisted, her tone firm.
"Lekin Aryan zyada unique hai aaj kal ke time mein," Meera countered, her eyebrows raised.
"Sushma ji, hum modern time mein jee rahe hain. Aryan hi best hai," Meera added with a hint of finality.
Sushma laughed lightly. "Aapke Aryan se toh mera Adhiraj hi behtar hai."
Seeing the playful argument, Anuj stepped in with a grin. "Sab suggestions bahut acche hain, lekin ek kaam karte hain. Hum sab apne naam ke suggestions ko paper planes par likh kar udhate hain. Jiska plane crib mein land karega, wahi naam humare chote babu ka hoga."
Aadhya's eyes lit up with excitement. "Haan! Yeh idea best hai!"
Everyone eagerly took pieces of paper and markers, writing their name suggestions and folding the papers into small planes. The room buzzed with anticipation as they prepared for the big moment.
"Chalo sab ready? Teen, do, ek!" Anuj counted down, and on "ek", everyone launched their planes into the air.
The paper planes soared through the room, each aiming for the crib where the baby lay cooing. Sushma's plane veered off course, landing near the dining table. Meera's plane glided gracefully but missed the crib, landing near the sofa. Rajesh's plane flew straight but fell short, landing on the carpet.
Then, Aadhya's colorful plane, adorned with little doodles and her neat handwriting, gently floated down and landed perfectly in the crib.
"Yay! Mera plane jeet gaya!" Aadhya shouted, jumping up and down with excitement.
Anuj picked up Aadhya's plane and unfolded it, revealing the name inside. "Aadhymaan," he read aloud, smiling broadly. "Aadhya ka naam aur MaAn ka naam milkar bana hai yeh naam. Bilkul perfect hai humare chote baby ke liye."
Everyone cheered and clapped, delighted by the unique and meaningful name.
As the family embraced the name, the room filled with joy and laughter. Mukku captured the moment on her phone, ensuring that this special day would be remembered forever.
"Aadhymaan," Anupama said, her eyes shining with happiness. "Yeh naam humare dono bachon ke beech ka pyaar dikhata hai."
Rajesh chuckled, patting Aadhya's head. "Aadhya beta, tumne toh kamaal kar diya."
Sushma and Meera, having set aside their playful argument, shared a warm hug. "Aadhymaan, perfect naam hai," Meera agreed.
Later, as the guests mingled and enjoyed the feast, family members took turns playing with Aadhymaan.
"Hello, baby Aadhymaan," Mukku cooed, tickling his tiny feet. "Aapko yeh naam pasand hai?"
Aadhymaan responded with a gurgle, his eyes wide and curious.
Rajesh held him up and said, "Aadhymaan, aapka naam toh itna pyara hai, bas aap bhi aise hi pyare raho."
Madhav joined in, making funny faces to make the baby laugh. "Dekho, nannu ka naam Aadhymaan hai ab."
As the family settled into their new routine, they began affectionately calling the baby "Aadi" for short. It was a cute and endearing nickname that suited their little bundle of joy perfectly.
"Aadi, kaisi neend aayi?" Anupama asked hi after his nap, smiling as Aadhymaan blinked up at her.
"Aaj Aadi ka din bahut busy tha," Anuj would joke, holding his son and making him "fly" around the room.
As the day came to a close, Anupama and Anuj sat together, watching Aadhymaan sleep peacefully in his crib. The naming ceremony had been a joyous affair, filled with love, laughter, and a touch of playful competition.
"Humara chota Aadhymaan," Anupama murmured softly, brushing a kiss on his forehead. "Ab yeh naam humare dil se jude gaya hai."
Anuj wrapped his arm around her, pressing a loving kiss to her temple. "Haan, Anu. Yeh naam humare dono bachon ka pyaar aur humari journey ka symbol hai."
With Aadhymaan's name finally decided, the family looked forward to the bright future ahead, their hearts full of love and gratitude for the precious gift of parenthood.
