Annoying yet...

Ice's pov

I hate Blaze! He is so annoying.. but at the same time.. I hate it when he's not there.

"Icyyy, come on!"Blaze pleaded and gave his best puppy eyes. "Forgive me will you? I really wanted to take you with me to shop, but you were asleep! You would be mad if I woke you up.."

Of course I would. I love my sleep and whoever disturb me, may they fall down the stairs and break a bone. But that doesn't mean he shouldn't wake me up...

I glared at my twin before facing my back towards him. "Icyyy!!"I could hear him whine behind me.

He's so childish and annoying. Sometimes I feel like he would never stop talking! And the worse part? All he ever talks is complete nonsense! Yet.. it feels like a lullaby.

"And then-"Blaze stopped and pouted upon seeing me sleep. "Icyyy, are you even listening??"

Of course not. Who would willingly listen to that nonsense?

So, I smacked him and snuggled closer to him."continue."

"Hah??"

I smacked him once again which made him whine, but eventually he continued and I drifted back to sleep...

How can someone be so annoying yet so... so.. irresistible? So nice?

"Geez, you lazy polar bear!"Blaze shook his head disapprovingly. "Alright, come one hop on."

I climbed his back and he carried me back to our house with a lot of complains that decreased over time.

I could hear Blaze sigh softly. "What do I do with you polar bear?" Was the last thing I heard before I fell asleep.

So loving..?

"There, there, you big baby", Blaze wiped away my tears and smiled warmly. "Now cheer up!" He held up a plate of cake in front of me. "I bought you your favourite cake!"

"But what about Mr.Whaley..?"Little me sobbed.

"Don't worry about him, Mr Whaley will survive! I'll fix him for you!" He said confidently.

I stared at him blankly, not trusting him with my beloved plush. "I think you'd make it worse."

"Hah!? What is that supposed to mean!??"He exclaimed, clearly offended.

"I'm gonna wait for Gemgem.."I took a bite of the cake and looked away.

"Ceh! You ungrateful brat!"Blaze huffed and pouted for a bit before he ruffled my hair. "Whatever,"He smiled brightly. "Now don't cry okay?"

"Hm.."

I also hate to share him..

"Are you still made at me?"Blaze asked the obvious. After a while of silence, he sighed and hugged me. "Come on now Icy, don't be mad. Let's hangout together today hm? Just the two of us?"

I thought about it before I reluctantly agreed. "Fine.."

And today, I'm once again annoyed by him, yet I can't push him away either...

I used to question this weird feeling, but now that I'm used to it, I just do what feels best.

"Ouch!"Blaze whined and glared at me while pouting at the same time. "What was that for!??"

"For being annoying,"I mumbled as I made myself comfortable on his lap while he played video games.

"Heh!?? What did I do this time??"Blaze questioned. "Besides, you're the one who's bothering me! I can't play comfortably with you on my lap! Do you know how numb my legs feels???"

I smacked him once again. "Sound like a you problem."

"Ouch! Why do keep hitting me!??"Blaze exclaimed.

"Obviously, cause you're annoying me."I said and hugged Mr.Whaley tighter.

"I give up.."Blaze mumbled in defeat.

For some reason his tone annoyed me, so I smacked him again. "Ouch-! Why!??"He questioned again.

"It's annoying.."I grumbled.

Blaze muttered something about me being unreasonable that I didn't bother to listen before he ruffled my hair.

"Geez, fine fine. You can lay there."Blaze sighed, still ruffling my hair in a comfortable motion.

I hummed an agreeing sound before falling asleep yet again.
