This fanfic is based off a dream I had and I thought it would be a cool fanfic idea.
Kalmin Lee, a feisty yet calm man joins the BAU only for him to not realize what he is going to deal with.

Kalmin was putting his FBI vest on with Spencer and Aaron near by. Aaron walked over to him and checked to make sure he put his vest on right, only to nod when he noticed it was on. He held a thumbs up at him as he looked at the others, making Kalmin grin. They prepared to barge into the house to get Luke Moore and Aaron looked towards the team. "Lee, Morgan, and Jareau go towards the back, in case he tries to escape." Aaron informed them Kalmin nodded as he followed Derek and JJ towards the back. He was prepared to tackle when he needed to as he walked around the yard. He was trying to see if anything gave away where the victims were. As he was looking around, JJ was looking at him with dazed eyes. Derek looked at her and noticed where she was looking. He hit her arm making her look at him as she was just caught staring at Kalmin. "Really?" Derek whispered "What? I can't help it. Emily already scolded me for it." JJ explained "You can't just do that! Especially to Will and Henry!" Derek hissed "Well he won't have to know if you keep it a secret." JJ tells him Derek narrowed his eyes at her and sighed as he let it go for now. They were in the middle of a case and she was trying to be flirty with Kalmin, the new guy. "Lucas Moore if you come out now and the girls are safe, you can get off with a lesser sentence!" Aaron spoke into a megaphone Kalmin stopped looking and became on guard immediately about this situation. He heard yelling from the inside before the back door opened as Lukas made a run for it. Kalmin, Derek, and JJ ran after him but Kalmin was faster. Kalmin jumped onto his back and pressed him into the grass making Lukas groan in pain. Kalmin grabbed his arms and pinned them behind his back as Derek handed him handcuffs. Kalmin nodded at him as he handcuffed Lucas Moore's hands and stood up from the ground. "That was hot." JJ complimented Kalmin gave her a grossed out look and pushed Lucas away. Derek looked at JJ with a weirded out look. "Nice." Derek replied sarcastically Derek followed Kalmin as an officer took Lucas from his grasp. JJ huffed and jogged to catch up with them. Aaron shook hands with the Sheriff and gestured for everyone to head to the vans to head back to the plane. Kalmin took off his vest and Aaron walked over to him with David. "Good job!" David told him Kalmin grinned, "Thanks." "You did a good job for your first case. You get along well with the team which I'm happy about." Aaron informed him Kalmin shrugged, "I just know how to make conversation and immediately start friendships." "Anyways, I'm proud of you. Let's go home." Aaron tells him Kalmin nodded and made his way to one of the vans and sat in the back with Spencer. Aaron got in the driver's seat as David hopped into the passenger seat. Kalmin and Spencer were talking about various topics as the two older members were listening and grinning.

The team got back from North Carolina and to say they were tired was an understatement. Everyone sat down at their desks and Kalmin rested his head on the back of his chair with a sigh. He brought his arm over his face as he tried to relax before he had to get back up and head home. "How'd you like your first case, Lee?" Emily asked Kalmin removed his arm from over his eyes as he noticed everyone looking at him, waiting for an answer. He shrugged his shoulders as he fiddled with the pen on his desk. "I am glad we got to those girls on time." Kalmin replied "That tackle was impressive." Derek commented Kalmin chuckled, "It's nothing really." "I thought it was really hot." JJ told him Kalmin looked at her with a squint of his eyes before clearing his throat. Derek and Emily looked at each other with knowing and disbelief looks. They still couldn't believe JJ was doing this, especially to her husband. Aaron walked out of his office and leaned over the railing so they could hear him. "You guys can go home now. Great work today!" Aaron informs them Kalmin sighed as he stood up, "I got to feed my cats." Emily nodded, "Me too." Derek pat Kalmin's arm, "Hey, what are their names?" "Soonie, Doongie, and Dori." "Cute." Emily replied "They each have their own personalities but I think they each have a bit of my personality." Kalmin told them "Let's go home, guys." Derek tells them "See you guys tomorrow." Kalmin tells them Kalmin left the precinct and began to head home. He went to his car and hopped in and began to make his way to his apartment. He eventually arrived home and walked into his building. He went to his apartment and unlocked the door to be greeted by his three cats. He smiled as he closed the door and knelt down to see them. Doongie was meowing as Soonie and Dori were rubbing against his legs. "Hey guys! You guys hungry?" Kalmin asked He got three collective meows making him chuckle as he stood up from the floor to head into the kitchen. The three cats followed him into the kitchen and watched as he prepared their food. Once he was finished, he placed the three bowls on the floor and let them eat as he prepared his dinner for the night. He opened his pantry to see what he could make. He began making his food and when it was done, he walked over to his couch and sat down to watch some tv for the night. All Kalmin knew was that he loved this team.
