JJ sat at the table with Will across from her as he was typing on his laptop. He has avoided her since everything that had happened. She sighed to herself as she took a drink of her coffee. Will glanced up at her for a second before looking back at his laptop screen. "What are you looking at?" JJ asked "Houses or apartments." Will replied "I'm sorry." JJ muttered "Stop saying sorry. It's not helping the problem at all." Will told her JJ nodded as he walked out of the room with his laptop. She sighed as she continued drinking her coffee, while she tried to figure out what to do now. She looked down at her phone to see a message from David about a little party at his house tonight. She smiled at the idea and left the kitchen to go find an outfit for tonight.

Kalmin and Spencer were walking down the sidewalk as they talked about their past experiences and just trying to get to know each other. Kalmin went to say something when both of their phones went off, revealing David's message about the party he was throwing tonight. "You got the message too?" Spencer asked "Yeah. You plan on going?" Kalmin asked "Yeah. I never turn down any of Rossi's food." Spencer replied "I am going too! I need a break from everything that has happened these past couple of days." Kalmin tells him "How are you feeling about that anyway?" Spencer asked "I'm getting better about it. I'm glad Will didn't fault me for everything." Kalmin explained "Will is a nice guy, he wouldn't fault you unless he had a reason to fault you." Spencer tells him Kalmin nodded, "That's good." Spencer nodded, "Want to go grab some coffee?" Kalmin nodded as they walked towards a cafe nearby. They got their coffee and sat down at a park bench that was in front of the cafe. "Have you heard from your mom?" Kalmin asked Spencer nodded, "I send letters to her every chance I can. I'm going to send her one tomorrow. What's your relationship like with your parents?" "My family are rich, but I was grown and taught how to not brag about what you have and everything like that. When I told my parents about this job, they were happy for me but worried at the same time. My mom will call every once in a while asking about how I am doing and ask about the cats because they are like her other children." Kalmin explained Spencer grinned, "That's sweet. I would like to meet them one day." "I'll have to see when they have plans to travel. I'll gladly let you meet them then." Kalmin tells him with a grin "What are your friends like?" Spencer asked "All of them are different in personalities, but we all still treat each other like brothers." Kalmin tells him "They plan to come to Virginia soon, right?" Spencer asked Kalmin nodded, "Yeah. They are just trying to make time to come stay for a couple days." Spencer nodded as he listened to Kalmin speak about his friends. Kalmin's phone then goes off making him look at it to see a message from JJ. He frowned confused as he didn't expect her to text him since the whole situation happened. "Who is it?" Spencer asked "JJ." "What does she want?" Spencer asked "I don't know. I haven't looked at the message yet." Kalmin replied Kalmin opened the message and read it to himself. He narrowed his eyes at the message in disgust as he passed the phone over to Spencer for him to read. Spencer took it and read it over before frowning at the message, handing him back his phone. "Why does she want to know what you are wearing to Rossi's?" Spencer asked, confused Kalmin shrugged, "I have no idea. I don't even know what I'm wearing yet." "Me neither. I don't usually get dressed up for these kind of events. I just usually wear my normal clothes." Spencer tells him "I understand. I just hope JJ doesn't cause a scene tonight." Kalmin tells him "You and me both."

Kalmin walked into David's mansion only to be welcomed in with a hug from the man. Kalmin accepted the hug right away as Penelope ran over to give him a hug. She hasn't seen him since they left for the case, so she missed seeing him around. "I'm so glad you are ok and alive." Penelope tells him "Thank you. Really." Kalmin replied She led him into the main party room where everyone else was. Turns out, he was the late one to the party, making him wince at everyone. Emily walked over and hugged him as she looked at his outfit. "You look great!" Emily complimented "So do you!" Kalmin commented back She was wearing a simple black body-con dress but it suited her. She smiled at his compliment as JJ looked between the two with a side eye. Kalmin bro hugged with Derek and then shook hands with Aaron. "Now, that everyone is here, let's party!" David announced Cheers and whistles filled the air as David passed around glasses for everyone filled with alcohol. Kalmin took a sip of his as he sat down on the couch, alongside Aaron. Kalmin looked around the room as everyone talked and partied. He was antsy about a thought that was going on in his mind, not knowing that his boss noticed. Aaron stood up and gestured for him to follow him. Kalmin frowned, confused, but followed him outside away from the others. "What seems to be going on?" Aaron asked "I just have been thinking about the whole situation that happened on the lines of JJ. I was wondering if I could take a couple days off to get in the right mindset?" Kalmin asked Aaron nodded, "Of course. I'll handle the paperwork, you take as much time as you need. If you need anything, don't be afraid to call." Kalmin grinned, "Thank you."
