This fanfic is based off a dream I had and I thought it would be a cool fanfic idea.
Kalmin Lee, a feisty yet calm man joins the BAU only for him to not realize what he is going to deal with.

"I'm in a band called Straykids." Kalmin told her "What? You can sing too?" Emily asked in shock "And dance." Kalmin replied "Let me get this straight, Kalmin isn't your real name and it's Lee Minho, and you are in a band called Straykids?" Emily asked "Yes but there's another thing. There's a lot of Korean actors with the name Lee Minho, so my stage name is Lee Know." Kalmin explained "This is just mind blowing to me!" Emily commented "I'm sorry if it's too much to understand." Kalmin apologized "No! No! I think it's great that you told me, but why didn't you tell us?" Emily asked "I didn't want to be brought into this team, thinking that because I'm an Idol, that I can't do this kind of thing." Kalmin told her "Can I hear you sing and/or dance?" Emily asked Kalmin nodded as he got up from the couch to his room. He grabbed his laptop and walked back over to the couch. He went to YouTube and searched for one of the songs he had covered. When he found it, he pressed play and let her listen to it.
When the song ended, he looked over to see her crying. He began worried about her when she giggled and placed a hand up at him. "Don't worry. It was just a beautiful song. You have a great voice." Emily told him "Thank you. You up to see me dance?" Kalmin asked "Please!" Emily pleads Kalmin chuckled as he began searching for one of the dance videos he had done. He found it and pressed play then turned it towards her.
"Wow! You can move!" Emily replied "I did dancing since middle school and all throughout high school, and then I was a backup dancer for two years before I got into Straykids." Kalmin explained "You have so much talent! I'm envious of you!" Emily tells him "You shouldn't be. You have talent of your own." Kalmin told her "No I don't." Emily replied "Come on! You must have some sort of talent!" Kalmin ushered her to tell "I love the confidence you have for me but no, I don't have a talent. I want to hear one of your songs as a group." Emily tells him Kalmin nodded as he searched for a song to play for her. When he found one he wanted her to listen to, he played it and pushed it for her to see.
"You must have had so much fun filming this." Emily told him Kalmin smiled, "I did. This was the song we made for the summer time." "Is that your friends? The guys you were telling me and Morgan about? And the ones who messaged you when you were in the hospital?" Emily asked "Yeah. The names I gave you were their undercover names." Kalmin told her "Will you have to leave to go back to this life?" Emily asked "Eventually. We were given a couple months off to enjoy our lives." Kalmin told her "I'll miss you." Emily tells him "You won't have to." Kalmin replied "I don't care. I will miss you." Emily told him Kalmin placed a hand on her cheek as he looked into her eyes. She placed a hand on his wrist as she looked into his eyes. Kalmin glanced down at her lips as the thought to go in for it went through his head. She must have read his mind as she began slowly leaning in. He leaned in too and was almost going to kiss, only for Sergio to jump onto Emily's lap. The two laughed as they pet the cat that was now laying in between the both of them. "I'm sorry." Kalmin muttered "Why are you sorry? I wanted it too." Emily told him "Really?" Kalmin asked Emily nodded as she took the initiative and leaned in all the way. Her lips were on his and both of their eyes were closed. He cupped her cheek as he kissed back, while she put a hand on his chest. She pulled away but rested her forehead against his. "That was amazing." Kalmin muttered Emily giggled softly as she looked into his eyes. He caressed her cheek with his thumb and gently pulled her back into a kiss.

After the kiss, Emily and Kalmin have decided to keep their relationship a secret. They weren't ready to tell the team yet, but they were quick to tell their moms. To say Adorah was happy was an understatement. She was excited that she drove to his apartment to congratulate them in person, and immediately started talking about weddings and grandkids. Kalmin walked into the BAU and began to make himself some coffee as he heard footsteps come up from beside him. "Hey." Emily greeted "Hey." Kalmin greeted back "I wanted to ask you something." Emily told him "What is it?" Kalmin asked "Can you teach me Korean?" Emily asked Kalmin's eyes widened at the question, "Are you sure?" "Yes! I want to learn! I know Eomma is mom and I think that's it." Emily told him "I can teach you. Why the sudden urge to learn though?" Kalmin asked "I want to learn a new language. I already know five other languages so this will be my sixth." Emily tells him "What other languages do you know?" Kalmin asked "Arabic, Italian, Spanish, English obviously, and French. My Russian is a little bit poor so I don't count it." Emily tells him "Wow! I know Korean, English, and Japanese." Kalmin replied "We have the world covered as a unit!" Emily joked Kalmin chuckled, "One hundred percent." Not known by them, they were being watched by the team. They were watching as Emily and Kalmin were laughing and talking to each other. "How long have they been there?" Penelope asked "Like 20 minutes now." Spencer replied "I've never seen Emily like that with a guy before." JJ spoke "Do you think they are hiding something?" Derek asked "No idea."
