This fanfic is based off a dream I had and I thought it would be a cool fanfic idea.
Kalmin Lee, a feisty yet calm man joins the BAU only for him to not realize what he is going to deal with.

Kalmin walked into work the next morning and it was a file day so he dressed comfortably today. He walked to his desk to realize he was the first person there. He frowned confused and checked his watch to see he was there on time. He shrugged to himself and sat down at his desk and got started on his paperwork. It wasn't long before the others have walked in. Kalmin was paying attention to his work as they all sat down at their desks. "How was your night, Lee?" Emily asked Kalmin smiled, "Good." Emily smiled back at him as she began to do her work. Spencer had walked in after and had a tray filled with various coffee drinks from a cafe. Emily beamed at the sight and made grabby hands as Penelope and JJ ran over to her their own. Derek grabbed his and Spencer placed Kalmin's in front of him. "Thank you." Kalmin told him "No problem." Spencer replied Kalmin took a sip of his coffee and hummed when it was just how he liked it. Spencer must've heard him when he was talking to JJ about their favorite drinks. He then began to get back to work on his files as he messed with his pen. He leaned his head back on his chair and looked up at the ceiling as he already got bored. He sighed to himself and continued to work on it as he knew it wasn't going to get done if he procrastinated. JJ looked up from her desk at him and turned to him in her chair. "You ok?" Kalmin looked in her direction as the others looked or listened in. He gave her a light smile and gave her a nod. "Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks for asking though." Kalmin replied JJ smiled, "No problem." Kalmin couldn't help but smile back as he looked at her smile down at her paperwork. He looked back at his and continued to work as Derek and Emily looked at each other with shakes of their heads. They knew JJ shouldn't be doing this flirtatious act with him but there was no way they could stop her at this point. Penelope walked out of her lair and walked over to the group and placed a little gift bag on Kalmin's desk. He looked up at her confused and looked at the bag. "Welcome to the team, Cutie!" Penelope tells him "This is for me?" Kalmin asked "Of course it's for you! I'm glad we got someone new to the team. I care and love these people so much but I was getting tired of treating them the same way." Penelope informs him Kalmin smiled at her and placed his pen down on the desk. He leaned back in his chair as he grabbed the bag off his desk. He peaked inside the bag and seen a bunch of candy, a pair of socks, and a cat toy for his cats. "Thank you, Penelope." Kalmin told, smiling "Please, call me Garcia or Penny or the girl of your dreams." Penelope tells him She smiled and kissed his cheek before walking back to her lair. He blushed a bit and placed a hand over his mouth. Derek chuckled at Kalmin's shocked look as Emily and Spencer laughed. JJ, on the other hand, wasn't all too happy about the consultation. Kalmin shook off the interaction and continued to work on his paperwork after placing the bag under his desk.

Emily pulled Derek and Spencer into a quiet room, locking the door, to talk about JJ and her indiscretions. Spencer was confused about it all as Derek knew all too well about what they were here for. "What are we doing here, Prentiss?" Spencer asked "We are here to talk about the situation between JJ and Kalmin." Emily informed them Spencer frowned confused as Derek nodded as he understood why they need to talk about this. Spencer looked between his friends super confused. "What is going on with JJ and Kalmin?" Spencer asked "You haven't noticed the way JJ acts around him?" Derek asked Spencer shook his head, "No. I have been more focused on trying to have Kalmin as my friend. I haven't noticed anything. How is she staring at him?" "She has been staring at him with lust and has been trying to get him to take care of her. In a completely different way than you think." Emily explained "Really? But what about Will?" Spencer asked "That's what I wanted to talk to you guys about! If worse comes to shove, we are going to have to tell him." Emily explained to them Derek nodded, "I agree. Will doesn't deserve to be cheated on and Kalmin doesn't deserve to be pulled into this mess. He has been here for a week and she has basically marked him as her territory." "Why is she doing this?" Spencer asked "From what she explained to me, her and Will haven't had sex in a while so she's needy for someone to take care of her." Emily informed them "Is that what you two talked about in the bathroom?" Derek asked Emily nodded her head as she thought back to that conversation. Derek frowned with a sigh as Spencer looked down at the ground, worried about Kalmin and how he will react when they expose her. He doesn't deserve this treatment and JJ shouldn't have been acting like this. "Let's just hope it doesn't become that way and if it does, we know what we should do." Derek informed her "Should we tell Hotch and Rossi?" Spencer asked Emily shook her head, "No, we shouldn't bring them into this. If anything happens, we'll explain then." Spencer nodded, "Ok." A knock on the door made them look over as the door opened to reveal Kalmin. He smiled nervously at them as he wanted to make sure they were ok. Also, it was kind of suspicious that they left him and JJ alone. "Is everything alright in here?" Kalmin asked Emily smiled, "Yeah, we were just discussing something about your first case. Good job by the way." Kalmin chuckled, "Thanks. I'm heading home now, so I'll see you guys tomorrow." "Good night, Lee." Derek tells him Kalmin waved at them before closing the door and leaving the station. He wondered what they were talking about because he could tell they were keeping a secret about something. He hoped he will find it out soon, but all he cared about right now was getting home.
