Staring on the piece of trash is not part of my plan.
The guy who tried to open the restricted area named Roscoe, is here on the palace. He's with his brother, who's currently talking to Ali. I glared at him and crossed my arms. Wala naman siyang ginagawa, kaya bakit pa siya nandito? Naiinis lang ako sa pagmumukha niya.
He smirked at me. Mas lalo akong naiinis. Pagkatapos ng ginagawa niya Bella? He has the guts to smirked at me. I rolled my eyes on him.
"Miss Rose, anong gagawin natin sa kanya? Should we throw him out of the palace?" Thorin said to me. Siya ang naatasan na bantayan ako. Napansin siguro ni Thorin ang pagkainis ko kay Roscoe.
"No. Let him." Sagot ko kay Thorin. Ayaw ko ng gulo sa pagitan ni Ali at ang pamilya ni Roscoe. I think Roscoe's family is powerful and wealthy. They're able to reach this top of business.
"Why are you here?" Tanong ko kay Roscoe.
"I accompanied my brother. We're just here for pure business. Nothing personal." Sagot ni Roscoe. Kahit magsalita siya ay naiinis pa rin ako.
"What business?" Tanong ko ulit.
"Wine business. And you? What are you doing here?" Maikling sagot niya.
Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay. "I was invited here." Maikling sagot ko rin.
He grinned. "Advice ko lang. Be careful of who you trust, especially don't trust the royals." He meaningfully said and stood up. "Tell my brother that I'll wait for him in our carriage." He said to Thorin and walked away.
Anong ibig niyang sabihin? Don't trust the Royals?
I looked at Thorin. "Do you think he's a bad guy? I can sense something on him." I said to Thorin.
"Baka may galit lang sa mga royals." Sagot naman niya.
Lumipas ang ilang minuto ay may maid na lumapit sa'min.
"Miss Rose, sa checkered garden na lang daw po kayo maghintay para malibang daw po kayo. Sabi po ni Prince Ali." She said to me.
"Okay. Thank you." Sagot ko sa kanya.
Tumalikod siya at umalis.
I looked at Thorin. "Sasama ka pa rin?" Tanong ko sa kanya at sumang-ayon siya.
Tumayo ako at naglakad kaming dalawa papunta sa checkered garden. Hindi ko tuloy maiwasang hindi maalala ang mga nangyari. The kiss. The apple of love.
Nagshined ang mga mata ko ng makita ang mga malagong mga bulaklak. Hindi ko ito masayadong nakita noong nuna akong nagpunta dito. Different variations or flowers and plants.
I'm bustling about the beauty of the garden that I didn't noticed that Ali came.
"Thorin, leave." Utos ni Ali kay Thorin.
Thorin didn't said anything and gave me a teasing smile before he leaved.
I looked at Ali. "Sweet apple, umupo muna tayo. Mainit ang paligid." He instructed to me.
Tumango naman ako sa kanya. "Okay." I said to him.
Umupo kaming pareho sa isang bench.
"Ang ganda ng garden ninyo." Puri ko. It's unique. It's called a checkered garden because of its checkered tile and the flowers and plants are stunning that I want to leave here.
"Do you like it?" He asked.
I nodded. "Oo naman. Ang daming flowers." Sagot ko sa kanya.
"Do you want to hear some love stories?" He asked me.
