Noah got his court date a couple weeks later, in the meantime, my dad set him up with the best lawyer he knew. The lawyer was able to get Noah a plea deal; instead of time in jail, Noah has to do a year on probation and 24 total hours of anger management.
Needless to say, we were all very happy with that deal. However, being on probation meant work, school, and home by ten and absolutely no drinking or smoking.
The no drinking part was easy for Noah as he has already limited himself on drinking. The no pot was a little more difficult for him.
"Fuck you," Noah shouted, swiping all the UNO cards off the table.
"Babe, chill," I rolled my eyes with a chuckle and helped Kaitlyn pick up the cards.
Ciera laughed, "you're such a sore loser!"
"Gimme that," Noah grumbled, snatching the vape from her hand and hit it.
"Y'all are stupid for getting addicted to vaping," I spoke, putting the cards back in the box.
"It's either this or completely sober Noah," Ciera commented.
"Is that so bad?" I questioned.
"Yes," they all said in unison. I shook my head, leaning back against the couch when my cat, DJ jumped up to lay in my lap. Once I was completely settled into our apartment, we brought over DJ who seems to be enjoying his new place, or maybe just happy to be near us again.
"Ya' know, just cause I have this damn ankle monitor," Noah wiggles his right foot which held the bulky bracelet, "preventing me from a social life outside of home, doesn't mean you guys have to stay here. I appreciate it, but you can go out and enjoy your Friday night," Noah offered.
"We don't mind," Kaitlyn replied with her warm smile. Since being on probation for almost a month now, we all mainly stayed in on the weekends, order food, and play games or just hung out. I haven't drank much, not wanting Noah to feel alone in that, but tonight the girls and I were wine drunk while Noah had to stick to water or whatever nonalcoholic drinks we had.
"Yeah, and why go out and get hit on by old men when I can demolish you in UNO?" Ciera added.
Noah scoffed, "Who's hitting on you?" He wondered jokingly.
"Who wouldn't hit on her?" Kaitlyn questioned to which, Ciera responded by pulling her girlfriend closer and kissing Kaitlyn on her temple.
"Gross," was Noah's response, "it's like watching my sister," he shutters in a playful disgust.
I laughed, "Oh really? Which one's like your sister because you've kissed both." I said then gasped at what I just blurted out, looking at Kaitlyn worried I just told her something she might not be aware of. Noah told me that while he and I weren't together, he had kissed Ciera but nothing came from it. However, I wasn't sure if Kaitlyn knew that. "Uh, I mean ah haha"
"It's okay," Kaitlyn laughed. "I know. I can't really be upset about them kissing when we're all living together considering Noah and I have done way more."
I glared harmlessly at my boyfriend, "you've really made your way around all of us, huh?"
"Yeah, you whore," Ciera joshes.
"For real," I laughed, "We might as well have a foursome at this point," I joke, then realized what I said as shocked expressions came at me from all around. "I'm joking!"
For a second we all hesitated as if considering the possibility until, in unison, shaking our head, saying a series of "no," and "definitely not," and laughing.
"On that weird note, we're going to bed," my boyfriend announced as he grabbed my hand and stood up. "My body is a temple and only one person gets to worship it," Noah said, leading us into our bedroom. "You're a freak, you know that?" He asked me humorously, once we were alone.
"I can't believe I said that," I chuckled, blushing. "I'm literally gay."
"It's the wine, it always makes you a little straight."
"Pfft! Shut up. At least I haven't spilled a drink on you tonight."
"Yeah, I was on high alert every time you picked up your drink. Just don't puke on me," he warned lightheartedly.
"I haven't drank that much tonight," I said, pushing him down onto the bed and sitting on his lap. "You're starting your first day of anger management tomorrow," I switched subjects.
"Don't remind me," Noah rolled his eyes.
"It won't be that bad. Might help, actually."
"Yeah, maybe. I think therapy is enough."
"I could be your therapist. Physical therapist," I offered with suggestive eyes.
"Oh yeah?"
I grin, "Yeah, I can..." I look him up and down suggestively, "stretch you out."
"Oh my god," he laughed, then flipped us, putting me on my back and him on top. "How 'bout I stretch you out instead?"
I bite my lip as I nodded, "I'd like that."
"I thought so," he said, leaning down until his lips are kissing mine. I scooted back further onto the bed, Noah tugging my pants off before crawling on top of me to bring his mouth to mine again, our tongues tasting the other's.
My hands slid up his bare back from under his shirt, then back down. I grab the hem of the fabric and lift it up. Noah pulls away to remove his shirt before removing mine and returning to our heated kiss. He drops his body down, grinding his growing bulge against my eagerly hardening one.
Scrapping my finger nails up and down his back as his lips moved to my neck, I couldn't help but think about if things had turned out differently in court; if Noah couldn't be here with me. Not being able to kiss or hold him. Not being able to fall asleep next to him. I think I would've gone insane.
Luckily, he is next to me and he's not going anywhere. "I love you," I tell him, feeling emotional about the past month and everything we've gone through.
Noah looked at me with the same amount of affection I have for him, and kissed me delicately, "I love you too."

Let's just say, the next morning I was definitely feeling the repercussions of the our... physical therapy session.
