「ᵂʰᵉⁿ ᵗʰᵉʸ ˢᵒˡᵈ ʸᵒᵘ ᵗʰᵉ ᵈʳᵉᵃᵐ, ʸᵒᵘ ʷᵉʳᵉ ʲᵘˢᵗ ¹⁶」

"Right, let's start!" Everyone's attention was diverted to the loud voice of the presenter who was standing on a large building as the enormous doors opened. "Get moving! There are no countdowns in real battles! Run run run listeners! Your wasting airtime here!"

By the time Y/n diverted her attention away from the man, she noticed all the other contestants were past the doors. She threw her head back groaning before running after them inside. After Y/n unenthusiastically swallowing the strand of hair, All Might went on to talk about how her body would take some time to process it. He told her to be careful when using the quirk for the first time and be prepared for the harsh backlash her body would suffer. Such words did nothing to quell the uneasiness stirring inside the teen.

Right before the girl could go any further her path was interrupted by a 1-pointer smashing through a building wall. It swung one of its limbs at the female who swiftly ducked it and grabbed the skinniest part of its "arm" propelling herself up onto its backside. She reached into the pocket on her tracksuit pants and gripped her new switchblade and stabbed it into the laser eye of the robot. It spurred roughly, knocking the girl onto the ground before falling over itself. Y/n jumped up and raced further into the city, this time saving people who almost got hit by fallen debris.

Y/n's attention was taken by the auburn haired girl she helped at the entrance of the exam hall. She touched four different pointer robots, proceeding to make them gravitate. The short haired girl scrunched her face as she touched the tips of her fingers together and shouted "release." The machine promptly fell to the ground, busting from the impact. Must be some sort of gravity quirk.

A few more minutes went on before a loud rumble kicking up dust caught everyone's attention. It was a massive 0-pointer that was as tall as the building surrounding it. It knocked its arm into one of the structures and brought one of its limbs down on the road. The impact, similar to a meteor, knocked people back a good ways.

Everyone began running farther away from the robot to go find somewhere else to gain points. Y/n paused when she heard a scream from behind. Turning her head she recognized the gravity girl had her legs trapped under some leftover rubble. Thinking back to their first and only meeting, Y/n knew this girl was sweet, and even if she wasn't, there was a risk of that machine potentially killing her.

Y/n ran towards the two and clenched her muscles, feeling the power of One For All surge through her veins. She clenched her fists as the sleeves on her tracksuit ripped. Jumping, she followed a good majority of All Might's instructions for her (minus the yelling "smash" cause no way she was going to do that) and slammed her fist into the "face" of the huge robot, creating enough force to knock it back and explode in some places, while the short haired girl watched, amazed.
