The Beast And The Creature

The set where King Harold and Queen Lillian were gets destroyed as a giant wolf crashes through. Everyone screams and backs away from it as the wolf growls.

Reginald: "*chuckles evilly and draws his sword* Finally! Now I can prove to you that I'm the true prince for Far Far- OOF!"

He gets knocked away and collapses to the floor. Knights come swarming in as they aimed their weapons at the giant wolf.

Fairy Godmother: "What is that?!"

Donkey: "Ahh! My nightmare came true, it came true!"

The wolf swings its paw at the knights, who back away from each attack. Lillo sees something on the wolf's neck and sees a familiar flower on its neck.

Lillo: "*gasps*Its him..."

Fiona: "Who?"

Shrek: "Lillo, what are you talking about?"

Lillo: "Shrek, it's the knight that Donkey was rambling about, that guy!"

Donkey: "That's your knight?! Honestly you need better taste than that!"

Lillo thinks for a moment before he gets an idea.

Lillo: "I got it now... Everyone! I need you all to back away! I'm going to try and reason with him!"

Fairy Godmother: "Are you out of your mind boy?! That's a monster!"

Lillo: "... Not in my eyes."

He looks at King Harold for approval and he nods back at Lillo.

King Harold: "Guards! Listen to him and back away!"

The knights looked at each other in confusion before they backed away slowly. The giant wolf calms down a bit, but he's still on edge. Lillo takes a deep breath before he makes his way towards the giant wolf. The wolf notices his presence and growls at his direction while Lillo held a strong look. Lillo was moving his out slowly as the giant wolf looked at him in confusion.

Lillo: "*gently places his hand on his forehead* You were looking for me huh? I didn't think you'd come after me because I'm different. When I thought he was you I... I didn't know on how to react."

The crowd looked at the two in awe as Lillo continued.

Lillo: "I was afraid to fall in love because I'm afraid that I might make a mistake. But you didn't hurt me or treated me wrong, you made me feel happy that night. And now... *gently grabs the flower* I want to return that favor that you gave me, as a token of my gratitude."

He starts whispering in a chant as his hands start glowing. The flower dissolves mist as it reaches the wolf's eyes and into mind. He remembers Lillo and the night they did together before he comes back to reality. The wolf's eyes turn from red to his blue eyes as he sees Lillo looking back at him in the eyes.

Prince Charming (Wolf form): "L-... Lillo?"

The crowd gasp in shock that Prince Charming was revealed as the beast.

Lillo: "*gasps softly and gently hugs his snot* You came back."

Prince Charming (Wolf form): "*chuckles* Of course I did, I never stopped thinking about you after that night."

Shrek: "Way to go little brother."

Reginald grabs the wand from Puss and throws it to Fairy Godmother.

Reginald: "Mommy!"

Fiona: "Mommy?"

Fairy Godmother: "*growls* I told you...!"

Fairy Godmother flies up into the air, clutching onto the wand. Shrek and Fiona hold onto each other. Lillo gasps as Prince Charming stands in front of him, growling protectively.

Fairy Godmother: "Ogres don't live happily. Ever. AFTER!!!!!!!!!"

Fairy Godmother zaps her wand at Shrek and Fiona. Shrek pushes Fiona out of the way and to the ground. King Harold runs over to them.

Queen Lillian: "Harold!"

Fiona: "Shrek!"

Lillo: "Brother!"

King Harold: "*yelling* NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

King Harold leaps in front of Shrek and gets hit by the wand's zap as a horrible sacrifice to the kingdom! King Harold's ceremonial armor chestplate deflects the magical trail back to hit Fairy Godmother. She is knocked back, but appears to be unscathed.

Fairy Godmother: "Woo... ha-!"

Fairy Godmother turns into bubbles for her death. Her glasses and wand drop to the ground. Fiona runs over to King Harold's now empty armor and clothes.

Fiona: "*gasping* Oh, Dad!"

She sobs and Shrek takes her in his arms. Queen Lillian runs over. Lillo covers his mouth in shock as Prince Charming places a comforting snot against him.

Pinocchio: "Is he...?"

Gingy: "Yup."

A frog ribbit is heard from inside the chestplate.

Gingy: "He croaked."

A frog comes crawling out from inside the chestplate.

Queen Lillian: "Harold?"

Fiona: "Dad?"

King Harold: "I'd hoped you'd never see me like this."

Donkey: "Hey! And he gave you a hard time!"

Shrek: "Donkey!"

King Harold: "No, no, he's right. I'm sorry. To both of you. I only wanted what was best for Fiona. But I can see now... she already has it. Shrek, Fiona... will you accept an old frog's apologies... and my blessing?"

Queen Lillian: "Harold."

King Harold: "I'm sorry, Lillian. I just wish I could be the man you deserve."

King Harold tries to leap away but Queen Lillian catches him.

Queen Lillian: "You're more that man today than you ever were... warts and all."

King Harold ribbits.
