The scene fades to a full moon still as the camera pans down to a fancy garden. A bush rustles before Lillo walks out of it, brushing the leaves off himself.
Lillo: "I'm lucky there's one part of this place that reminds me of home. *sits down on a rock* At least I can figure out some new spells to practice on without disruption."
He goes through his bag to dig out a book. Lillo reads through the book before he lands on a particular page.
Lillo: "The light spell? *reads the page* 'This spell will only be temporary when you are in the dark. Unless the magic user has great strength, then they'll have the light spell longer.' Of course they made it so obvious... in every other page in this book."
Lillo looks at his hand before he starts reading the instructions.
Lillo: "*reading the instructions* The best way to use this spell is to clear your mind and focus. Ok, seems simple enough."
Lillo stands up and takes a deep breath before holding his hand out. He closes his eyes and starts to concentrate on the spell. His hands glow a bit as a small ball of light slowly appears slightly above his palms. Lillo peaks from his eyes and looks at the light at his palms and his tail wags in excitement.
Lillo: "It, it works! *laughs in joy* It actually works!"
That was short lived until the light disappeared with a tiny pop.
Lillo: "Oh... maybe I should learn on how to channel my emotions a bit."
Lillo suddenly hears something in the distance before he gets curious and walks in that direction. He looks around the gardens before a silhouette runs by, making Lillo notice.
♪Feet are feeling light, headed out to see the sights♪
Lillo climbs up a tree before he sees a knight slowing down from his running and looks around.
♪Ain't life a many splendored thing?♪
The knight removes the cover from his eyes to reveal blue ones as he looks around. Lillo watches in awe at the sight of his eyes before the knight covers them again before he walks towards something.
♪Ducking up and out, all those crazy sights and sounds, bounce around puppets on a string♪
Lillo gets curious and follows the knight from above before he sees something on a hill. The knight arrives on the other side of the hill and lifts the cover off his eyes again. He looks up to see a flower in full bloom before making his way up.
♪Never gonna find anything to change my mind, famous last lines of a fool♪
Lillo sees the knight walking up towards a flower and begins walking up on the opposite side.
♪Just when you think you're chain is just one link, something comes to tip you off your stool♪
Lillo and the knight grab the flower at the same time, making them notice each other up close. Lillo widened his eyes a bit as he blushes at the sight of the knight. The knight stares back at Lillo who holds a look of shock as well.
♪Hello hello (hello hello), my my my what have we here? What a surprise! What a surprise! Hello hello (hello hello, I'm not alone it's good to know)♪
Lillo steps back a bit before his boot makes contact with a stick and slips. The knight quickly grabs his hand, making Lillo open his eye and sees that the knight saved him. He pulls Lillo up a little fast before Lillo stumbles into the knight's chest plate.
♪Someone's out there to say hello, hello♪
Lillo: "*backs away and blushes a bit* Um, I'm didn't mean to interrupt your patrol, it's just, well I thought no knight patrols here before."
