### Two Weeks of Preparation

The two weeks leading up to the Sports Festival were a whirlwind of training and strategy sessions for Class 1-A. In the classroom, Y/N Wilson was diligently reviewing their quirks and their classmates' abilities, while trying to avoid the spotlight.

"Hey, Y/N," Denki Kaminari said, leaning over the desk. "You've been in the zone lately. Planning some top-secret strategy?"

Y/N smirked. "Something like that. Just trying to stay sharp and keep my quirks under wraps."

Katsuki Bakugo, from across the room, chimed in with his usual flair. "Stop wasting time. You're either winning or losing. Simple as that."

"Thanks for the pep talk, Bakugo," Y/N replied dryly. "I'll try to keep that in mind."

### The Sports Festival Begins: Shoto's Declaration

The day of the Sports Festival dawned bright and bustling. The stadium was filled with fans, each eager to see the students showcase their abilities. Class 1-A gathered, buzzing with excitement.

"Alright, listen up!" All Might's voice boomed. "The festival starts now!"

Shoto Todoroki, with his usual cool demeanor, made a dramatic declaration. "I intend to win this Sports Festival. I won't settle for anything less."

Momo Yaoyorozu, standing nearby, commented, "His confidence is admirable, but let's focus on doing our best."

Izuku Midoriya nodded in agreement. "We've all worked hard. Let's show what we've got."

Katsuki Bakugo's competitive spirit flared as he declared, "First place is mine. No one else stands a chance!"

### The Obstacle Race: Solo Endeavors and Tactical Planning

As the Obstacle Race began, the competitors surged forward, facing obstacles ranging from Villain Robots to treacherous terrain. Y/N Wilson, ever the tactician, moved with calculated precision, using their healing factor to dodge injuries from explosive traps and rough patches.

Mina Ashido, bouncing past, called out, "Hey, Y/N! Looking good out there!"

Y/N grinned. "Thanks, Mina! Just trying not to get blown up."

During the race, Y/N skillfully avoided the media's cameras by sticking to less visible routes. Their stealth allowed them to navigate the course efficiently, finishing in 10th place while keeping a low profile.

As Y/N crossed the finish line, they overheard some commentary from the sidelines.

"Who's that?" one commentator asked. "I haven't seen them make any major moves."

"Looks like they're playing it smart, staying under the radar," another replied.

Y/N chuckled to themselves, appreciating the anonymity.

### The Cavalry Battle: Team Formation and Strategy

With the Obstacle Race behind them, attention turned to the Cavalry Battle. Y/N approached Froppy, Mineta, and Shoji to form their team.

"Hey, Froppy," Y/N said, "how about teaming up for the Cavalry Battle? I think our quirks could work well together, and we can avoid too much media attention."

Froppy tilted her head thoughtfully. "Sounds good. I've been thinking of teaming up with Shoji and Mineta anyway. We'll need to coordinate our quirks effectively."

Mineta, peeking up from behind Shoji, squeaked, "Are you sure you want me on the team? I mean, I'm not exactly the most intimidating."

Y/N patted him on the back. "Don't worry, Mineta. We'll make it work. Just don't let your balls fly too wild."

Shoji nodded in agreement. "We'll focus on teamwork and strategy."

### The Cavalry Battle: Intense Confrontations

The Cavalry Battle commenced with a roar from the crowd. Y/N's team worked together, using their quirks to grab headbands from competitors while staying out of sight. The arena was a chaotic battleground, with alliances forming and dissolving quickly.

As Y/N's team approached Bakugo's, Mineta's fear became palpable. He shivered and muttered, "Bakugo's team is coming. We're doomed."

Bakugo, already fuming from the intense competition, glared at Y/N and their team. "You think you can just waltz through this? You're not even trying!"

Y/N, trying to stay composed, replied, "We're just playing our part, Bakugo. No need to get worked up."

Bakugo's eyes flared with anger. "Playing your part? You think this is a game? If you're not giving it your all, then you're just wasting space!"

Mineta, trembling, clung to Shoji's side. "I-I'm not sure I can handle this. What if Bakugo comes after us?"

Shoji reassured him, "Stay focused. We'll get through this."

As the battle intensified, Bakugo charged at Y/N's team, unleashing explosions with a ferocity that shook the arena. Y/N dodged and countered, but Bakugo's aggression was relentless.

"Still not taking this seriously, huh?" Bakugo shouted. "I'm going to show you what it means to compete!"

Y/N, frustrated by Bakugo's aggression, countered, "You think you're the only one who wants to win? We all have our reasons!"

### The Final Moments

In the final moments of the battle, Y/N and their team managed to secure a few headbands but didn't win. They regrouped afterward, with Y/N acknowledging their team's effort.

"That was intense," Y/N said. "We did well, considering."

Froppy nodded. "We kept a low profile and executed our plan. It's all about strategy."

Mineta looked relieved but still scared. "I didn't embarrass myself too much, right?"

Y/N chuckled. "You did great, Mineta. We all did."

Bakugo, watching from the sidelines, fumed. "You think you can just waltz through this and still get by? You better step up your game if you want to keep up!"

Y/N met Bakugo's glare with a steely gaze. "Maybe I don't need to win like you do. Maybe I'm just here for my own reasons."

Bakugo's expression hardened. "Whatever your reasons are, don't think you can just coast through. This isn't a joke."

### The Aftermath

As the day wound down, Class 1-A gathered to review their performance. Y/N and their teammates shared a sense of camaraderie and relief, despite the pressure.

"Hey, great job today," Y/N said to Shoji, Mineta, and Froppy.

"Thanks," Froppy replied. "We made a solid team."

Mineta added, "Let's keep this up for the next events."

In the locker room, Katsuki Bakugo seethed with frustration. "I'm not done yet. I'm going to show everyone what I'm really made of."

Izuku Midoriya, overhearing, said, "Just focus on doing your best. We all have our strengths."

As the students prepared for the next challenges, Y/N knew that their journey was far from over. They were committed to their goals, balancing their desire for a hero license with their hidden agenda as a Merc.
