Y/N froze, unable to process the storm of emotions that surged through them. Nighteye's words had struck deep, touching on truths they had buried so far beneath the surface that even they had almost forgotten them. The world around them seemed to blur as they stared at Nighteye, trying to comprehend the implications of what he had just said.

The others in the room noticed Y/N's reaction, their confused expressions filled with concern. Izuku took a step forward, his hand outstretched, as if to offer some form of comfort or support. But Y/N couldn't move, couldn't speak. All they could do was stare at the man who had just altered the course of their life with a few simple words.

"Y/N...?" Ochaco's voice was soft, hesitant. She exchanged worried glances with Tsuyu, who also looked on with uncertainty. Kirishima's usually confident demeanor faltered as he saw the uncharacteristic shock on Y/N's face. Even Amajiki, who was often lost in his own world of insecurities, couldn't help but notice that something was seriously wrong.

But Y/N couldn't bring themselves to answer. The walls of their mind were closing in, the words "I know your secret" echoing relentlessly in their head. What did he see? The question gnawed at them, threatening to unravel everything they had worked so hard to build.

Sir Nighteye's eyes closed again, and the medics continued their urgent work, trying to stabilize him as best they could. Y/N wanted to ask him what he had seen—what future he had glimpsed that made him speak those words. But the fear of the answer, the fear of what Nighteye might have seen, held them back.

The medics moved quickly, their faces taut with concentration as they hooked Nighteye up to an oxygen mask and administered fluids to stabilize his condition. One of them turned to the group, their voice firm yet laced with the urgency of the situation.

"We need to move him now, or we'll lose him."

The words snapped everyone back into action. Kirishima and Amajiki immediately stepped forward, ready to help however they could. Izuku, though shaken by the day's events, clenched his fists and nodded resolutely, his eyes burning with determination.

"Let's go, then. We'll clear the way," Izuku said, his voice steady despite the turmoil within him. He looked at Y/N, who was still standing by Nighteye's side, as if frozen in place. "Y/N... we need you."

Y/N blinked, snapping out of their trance-like state. They looked around at their friends, at the heroes who had fought so hard today, and felt a wave of conflicting emotions. Nighteye's words still lingered, but they couldn't afford to dwell on them now. Not when lives were still at stake.

"I'm with you," Y/N finally said, their voice a little shaky but resolute. They moved to help support Sir Nighteye as the medics carefully lifted him onto a stretcher. The group moved quickly, their minds focused on the task at hand.
