Chapter 48

They reached Kanchanaburi . Day looked at Itt who was still asleep. He went out and unlocked the house . It was still early morning and salon was yet to be opened so none of his staff has arrived.

He went back to the car and took Itt out and cradle carried him to his room upstairs. He put Itt on the bed and laid next to him pulling blanket over them. Day did not want to think anything  and was exhausted so he fell asleep.

Itt turned and put his hand on Day's waist. Day pulled him closer and embraced him unconsciously.

Day was woken up by knock on the door. He got up and opened the door and saw Bella who enthusiastically said "When did you reach? Where is my dear Itt?" in loud voice. Day has to gesture to speak in low voice pointing towards Itt showing he is asleep .

He moved outside room and told Bella that Itt is not well so he brought him here for a change and to recover. Then he asked her to arrange breakfast and also get cake. 

Bella got breakfast and cake and brought in Day's room and arranged on table.  Day asked Bella to watch Itt as he wanted to take shower.  Bella went quietly near Itt who was still asleep and sat next to him. She saw the bandages on shoulder and head. He was looking pale and weak. She rubbed his head lightly. Day took quick shower and came out. He told Bella that he will not be working in salon for couple of days but she can send accounting files to his room.

Bella left and Day sat next to Itt sipping coffee waiting for him to get up. He was not sure how Itt will react after getting up.  

"Day.. Umm .. Day.." Itt started fidgeting as Day came closer and caressed him "Itt are you ok"

Itt squinted his eyes and saw Day and smiled and tried to sit which Day assisted. Day was worried about Itt's reaction on yesterday's incident and was hesitating to ask anything fearing what had happened.

Itt sat and held his head.

Day was quick to ask "Are you in pain?" 

Itt twisted his face " I don't know my head feels heavy"

"Have breakfast . You will feel better" Day told and brought porridge for him. Itt shook his head and asked for water. Day handed him glass of water. He gulped in one go and asked for one more glass which day gave and again he gulped it quickly asking for more. Day was surprised seeing that but gave another glass and Itt drank and sighed heavily.

"Are you ok?" Day asked again.

Itt nodded. He tried to get up to washroom but his legs felt weak. Day assisted him. Itt brushed his teeth and washed his face and came back and sat on bed "Am hungry"

Day handed him the bowl of porridge which he took and started eating quickly. "Eat slowly" Day said in stern voice . He then went to take his bowl and sat on chair looking at Itt who was gobbling like he has not eaten since many days. Day realised he must be hungry and started eating in parallel.

After Itt was done , Day really wanted to talk to Itt about the incident but instead Itt spoke "When did we reach here?"

"Today morning " Day said in low voice trying to observe Itt's reaction.

Itt got up from bed and came towards Day and sat on his lap with both legs on one side and putting his arms around Day's neck. Day was startled seeing Itt's reaction.

Itt kissed him on his cheek "Thank you Day . I feel much better now."

Day was confused  but took a deep breath and asked  "Itt what hap..."

"Cakeeeee" Itt's eyes fell upon cake on table and he interrupted Day's words

"Do you want to eat now?" Day asked and Itt nodded.
