Love Syndrome - CD Revelation

Chapter 9

Day got up early morning as he felt Itt's body was very hot. He went to get a cloth to wipe his body.  Before that he thought of changing the bandage and removed the dressing on his hand carefully and saw inflammation on his wound. He cleaned the wound  which was mainly abrasions. He then applied antiseptic cream and re-bandaged.

 He  removed Itt's shirt to remove the dressing from his shoulder.  As Day was removing the dressing , to his shock he saw a hickey on Itt's chest making him furious. He shook Itt fiercely to wake him up and shouted "Where were you ? Itt... Where were you"

Itt was dizzy with fever and dint understand Day properly . Day was really infuriated "Itt.. will you tell me where were you last two days honestly. And don't lie to me"

Day still  din't remember his past completely but his jealousy was mounting. 

Itt looked at Day in confused manner and muttered " I .. I was with friend"

"Which friend?" Day asked fiercely.

"Day....Day don't get angry " Brick was trembling as he was scared Day will go on rampage. Itt again started having anxiety attack.

Seeing Itt's condition Day had to pull himself together.  Also he didn't want to worry Itt's parents.

He first tried to calm him  "Itt ...Breathe slowly ." Brick was hyperventilating now.

"Itt...Take deep breaths...I am not angry .. Calm down.... Breathe slowly"

Itt started calming down after a while. 

It was difficult for Day to control his nerves but he felt his priority is Itt now. Also last two days he wanted to fix things with Itt as he was feeling guilty of what he had done in the past seeing the CD. But he dint expect things turn out this way. He first wanted to hear from Itt what happened as Itt's state was not good at all. But now was not the right time as Day didn't want to aggravate Itt's condition.

Day started wiping Itt's body again calmly  but when he tried to wipe the shoulder wound , Itt groaned. 

"Is the wound hurting ?" Day asked to which Itt nodded as he can feel the pain. 

"It hurts when I move my hand" 

Day thought of taking Itt to hospital as he was burning with fever with inflammation on his wounds and on top of it anxiety attack.

"Should we go to hospital ?" Day asked but he knew beforehand Itt will say No as even last time when he was sick he avoided going to hospital.

"No.. I don't want to go to hospital. I will take medicine".

Day paused then said "Ok take fever reducer again and also medicine for anxiety which Doctor has prescribed. But if by evening your fever doesn't reduces then we are going to hospital and no arguments."

Itt pouted but said yes. He was now feeling at ease with Day.

Day wiped his body and did dressing on his shoulder.  He gave him medicines and Itt took without throwing any tantrums . He gave him fresh t-shirt which  Itt tried wearing but  twisted his face with groan as he was facing pain while lifting his hand which Day observed. He immediately came to assist him. Then he made Itt lie down so that he can rest and sleep.

It was still early morning so Day decided to take a small nap and laid down next to Itt embracing carefully so that his wounds do not get impacted.

They both rested for sometime but none of them were able to sleep. 

Day was just thinking about hickey."Why he is not telling me what happened?" Day sighed

However Itt was feeling better emotionally now with Day's care. He felt old Day is back so he thought of telling Day what happened as he did not want to hide anything from Day.

"Da ... Day"

"Ummm...

"Day .. I want to tell you something ..."

Day also had questions but dint want to pressure Itt . He pulled him closer and stared at Itt.

"First can I ask ... one thing.." Itt hesitated  but Day nodded looking in Brick's eyes.

"Are you angry at me .. on that CD ...? " Itt asked without completing sentence.

"No .. I am not angry at you. I was feeling guilty on how I treated you so I needed some time for me . That's the reason I asked Gear to send you to your parents house so we can think calmly" Day said  and kissed Brick's cheek.

This made Itt feel better. He felt Day still love him and he can share with him.
