Surprise Kisses (Yoru/Skye)

Yoru learned the hard way that he should say something before approaching Skye from behind, otherwise he'd get a punch to the face or a elbow to the stomach. Of course Skye would immediately feel bad and heal him, and they'd laugh abit afterwards, but Yoru never truly learned to not sneak up on his girlfriend. Neither knew why she reacted violently to surprise, wither it as from her childhood, or since kingdom started hurting her home and planet, they never figure it out. though it was still a funny memory to share.

Yoru had just gotten back to base from a Mission in Breeze, once again successful in stopping omega from stealing their radinete, and surprisingly no caulisties. He had decided to head to the kitchen to get something to eat, Phoenix and Jett following behind him, and yet again arguing on who got more frags. "You both realize i got more than both of you correct?" Yoru said having enough of their arguing, only to yelp when a solid punch hit his arm. "Shut up riftbot" Jett said annoyed, dashing forward to enter first and was grabbing a water for herself when the boys caught up. "Make me Wind girl." Yoru said tauntingly, grabbing the bottle from Jetts hands and holding it above her head, much to the wind girls annoyance. "Hey! Give it back!" "No, not until you say i was the best duelist!" Phoenix laughed watching her struggle, and waved his hands for Yoru to throw it, which the riftboy happily did, to the annoyance of jett.

After a few minutes of teasing the wind radiant, he grabbed a water bottle, and a quick protein bar before bidding the two radinets goodnight and heading out in search of his girlfriend. He could hear the teasing remarks of the other two duelists as he left, throwing up his middle finger and getting laughs in turn. He first checked the common room where Omen,Cypher and Kay/o had been relaxing, and discussing something. He waved goodbye to them before heading towards the training room to find Viper, Killjoy, Reyna, and Sage battling bots. "Hey riftboy! Wanna try?" Killjoy said, spotting him when the door opened. "Nah i'm looking for skye. Do you know where she is?" Killjoy furrowed her eyebrows before shrugging slightly. "I have no idea, ether in her room or outside." Yoru nodded and waved the engineer goodbye heading towards the doors leading out of the building, knowing his girlfriend was probably chilling at the lake. 

Yoru found his girlfriend right where He though she would be, sitting at the water's edge, her gaze stuck on the view. Deciding that it would be the perfect time to jump scare her, he finished his protein bar, and left his water bottle where he stood as he started walking quietly over to his girlfriend. He was making sure his shadow didn't cross over her as he got closer, and crouched behind him. Stifling his giggles he raised his arms and wrapped her into a tight hug, leaning to kiss her cheek. "Hi lo-umphh" He yelped as a sudden pressure hit his nose, and he fell back from the force. "Ah shit.. Are you okay? I'm so sorry Yoru!" Yoru's sight went from the blue sky, to his girlfriend looking worriedly at him. "It's fine babe... " Skye shook her head and offered a hand, gently lifting her boyfriend to a sitting position before crouching down herself. After looking at his nose, she sighed and started healing his nose. "You can't sneak up on me love... please" Yoru chuckled, and brought her into a gentle kiss, before resting his forehead against hers. "Alright i wont do it again.."

Yoru proceeded to do it every shot he got..
