Downed in Icebox (Skye/Yoru)

"Hawk out!" Yoru glanced over at the call, a quick smile taking over his face despite of the dire situation.  Omega had seemed to become more aggressive on their part, coming in with more and more agents. Yoru took a moment to duck behind a yellow container he took a moment to take in his teams state. So far they managed to keep Omega from planting, with Cypher, Sova, and Omen on A site. The team themselves keeping Omega well away from planting, by the constant updates in His ear. On B site with him was his girlfriend Skye, positioned up above shooting down B mid, under the staircase. Yoru was facing down attacker spawn, and keeping most from getting to close, and Killjoys turret behind him through their landing, the engineer watching flank so they wouldn't sneak past them. 

The warning came to late, and the almost yell of pain from his girlfriend distracted him enough to almost get shot in the head, the lucky shot of the engineer saving him. "Focus Yoru! I got her!" Yoru simply nodded, wanting to check on his girlfriend but trusting the engineer to help her. He could hear Killjoy talking to Sage and Kay/O about needing to get Skye help. "Start making your way backside if it is safe. Sage will meet you there with Kay/O." Killjoy's quick response echoed and the quiet steps of the two became hidden over the sounds of gunshots. Killjoys turret helping Yoru fend off the site. after a few moments the site went quiet, and sova was quick to tell that they have rotated yet again to A, though they will hold it off. Yoru sighed and allowed himself  to worry over his girlfriend.

finally being able to reconvene with the rest of the team, Yoru scanned the other agents, grateful that they were all relatively unharmed, with a few scratches from some of the agents abilities. As soon as they were in the ship heading home, Yoru headed to the back were Sage and Skye had been sitting. He took note that her shoulder had been bounded though seemed relatively fine. "Hey Yoru, is anyone else hurt?" "Besides scratching and bruising, i dont think so, though its luck to Killjoy and Cypher they hadn't planted." Sage nodded, and after a soft warning to be careful with her shoulder left the two to check on the rest of the team. Yoru stepped forward, checkig her shoulder softly, before hugging the aussie hard. "You scared the life outta me Skye.." The girl in his arms let out a soft chuckle and hugged him back gently. "You big baby, you do realize its part of the job right?" Yoru groaned softly and pulled back looking over her face gently. "Yea, i know but still.."

Skye laughed again and hugged him again. Yoru sat down, keeping a arm around the aussie and watching the other agents milling about. Cypher and Killjoy were talking about something, or Killjoy was teasing him about something, while Omen and Sova could be seen talking with Sage as well. Brimstone and Kay/O was up front joking though making sure the vulture was in the right direction. A sudden weight on his shoulder shook him out of his thoughts and he glanced over to see Skye had fallen asleep in the quiet, resting her head on his shoulder. Chuckling softly Yoru shuffled her carefully, resting her head on his lap and letting her get some rest. Yoru sighed softly and rested his own head back, letting the solid weight of his girlfriend relax his nerves and he lets the wave of exhaustion take him over and slowly falls asleep himself.
