Chapter 22: Meeting Darlene

(Barnaby didn't show up in this chapter so he had something to do about his last plan, although he'll be in a little part in the end if you guess it 🎁)

After the adventure with Billie, Ari, and Oscar, and time to head back to his manor, I ask Barnaboos if Barnaby was here now, but they said he wasn't here, and I got curious about him, was he playing hide n seek when I'm back to his manor?, or did he go to the universe?

I'm not sure why, but I started to feel worried about him being gone for a while, so I went to my bedroom and took a rest and then dream about me and Barney...

Next day.....

I woke up, and got dressed up before going to the kitchen, Barnaby wasn't here and it's making me worry more, Barnaboos saw this and they're cheering me up and eating delicious pancakes...

After that, I thanked them and went to the library room to read, I sat down on the comfy chair next to the table with a lamp, it's pretty quiet until I heard knocking on the door..

I went to the door and opened it to reveal my grandma was already in.....his manor?! How in the world did she do it without using a front door?!

"Oh!, grandma what a little suprise you came here, what do you want and um how did you do that?" I ask her curiosity as my grandma chuckled..

"Oh.......I just teleported by using this on my side" she smirked as she pointed at her own gem..

"And.....I just came here to ask you about if you like to train your power with your gem, (N/N)" she said, I look at (F/C) gem, and then look at my grandma.

"B-but I don't know how to use other powers" I got cut off by my grandma putting her feather finger on my mouth to shush me

"Oh hush my dear, I could help you along with Ari and your friends, even though I call them to come over to Billie's house" my eyes wide open and said

"Why did you call them to come?"

"Because.... it's the only way to help you and keep you from that evil Dimitri Himself" my grandma mentioned that person named Dimitri? Who's that?

"I- I'm sorry to ask you, grandma, but who's Dimitri person you ask?"

My grandma sighed as she place her wings in my shoulder and said..

"Dimitri is the most powerful and evil chimera, he could take all the powers from our gems and rule the world, but soon he defeated and seal him to his castle by my amazing student, Darlene, she was great and friend of mine and Ari, until she went far away and get married by her lovely husband, but now Dimitri lost his power and returned it to our gems and make the world peace" she explained as i was speechless and then amazed..

"Woah..."

"I know, now come on, (N/N) let get you warm up!" She used her power to teleport us to Billie's house

Blitzie's POV:

I was sitting in the log with Billie who was talking about adventure, holding her pet, Oscar, and Ari and my mom are sitting on the bench talking, waiting for (Y/N) and Arizona to come, my dad went to help Fantoccio about his theatre getting fixing the floors and ceiling too.

I chuckled about the part of her adventure until the smoke which gives us attention to look at and they're here, I smile as Billie and Oscar jumped and tackled (Y/N) into a hug.

"(Y/N)!!! YOU HERE!!" Billie said as Oscar making fox happy noises cause the white sweacock laugh..

"Oh hey (Y/N), Glad you came here, and how's your day with Barnaby huh?" I ask her, until her face changed into worried, did I said bad to her?

"Oh did I said bad to you?"

"What? No, it's fine Blitzie, thank you, he wasn't showing up in his manor, thought" she paused and look at her grandma who was talking to Ari and my mom, and look at me

"But Barnaby will be there for you, he was just busy something" I said in a warm smile as Billie Nodded

"Yeah maybe you're right, Blitzie"

"Mmhmm! Now come on (Y/N), let me introduce to my mom" as I grab her wing to lead to them, her grandma noticed and introduced me first..

"Alright! Darlene, let me introduce to you my granddaughter, This is (Y/N), a daughter of (M/N) and (F/N) and I gave her a gem which was Gem of Integrity" and now it's mine turn..

"And (Y/N), this is my mom, Darlene, a Historian and Sorceress, and....she had a husband named Romeo also known as my Dad" As we done introducing, my mom let out her paw,

"It's really nice to meet you (Y/N), my daughter is talking about you before you show up here" she chuckled as (Y/N) shook her paw with her wings,

"It's really nice to meet you too, Miss Darlene!" (Y/N) smile as Billie jump and shout

"YAY!!!! NEW FRIENDS!!" we all chuckled at her happy as we begin to help (Y/N) to train her power...

After all of her training, we headed back to our house but I went to Fantoccio's theatre because he called me about something, I wonder why?

I went in to see Fanto and Barnaby was at the stage waiting for me..

"Oh hey boys! What's up, is there anything else you like to help with? But it's already nighttime and I need to go to sleep" I yawn and rubbed my eyes

"I'm sorry for calling you here, Blitzie, but Barnaby asked me to" the puppet look at Barnaby who was slightly scared and look away..

"It's fine, Fanto, and......Barnaby?" I ask the ghost owl and he looks at me

"Hmm?"

"I wanna going to asked you that (Y/N) is really worried about you, but what were you doing when you're not at your minor with her by the way?" I questioned him as Fanto and I worried and then Barnaby signed in defeat..

"It's just.... I have been thinking about her a lot a-and I'm scared if I have to do it, for a couple of years....and be happy together forever" As he looks down at his talon was holding something and look at us

"And this is my last plan I get in my mind oohoohoohoohoo! I hope she'll accept it and be happy to always be by my side" Fanto and I look at each other and then look at Barnaby and say in unison

"What kind?" The question from us and Barnaby giving us the best answer

"This..."

Barnaby let his talon open to show us and we gasp in shock
