"Deku? What? Are you ok?" Katsuki was there, holding the Omega in his arms, "you're going to be ok. Stay awake. What did he inject you with?" His eyes darted around looking for the syringe. It wasn't there along with the villain.
It was no use, Izuku couldn't seem to keep his eyes open. His eyelids closed and he was unconscious in the Alpha's arms.
"Izuku! Izuku, wake up!" he shook the Omega in his arms vigorously. When the nerd had told him where he was, Katsuki had dashed over. He'd wanted to help, fighting a villain for their first date was a great idea. Why hadn't he thought about it? Only, he'd been too late. An Alpha had injected his Omega with something and now he wasn't waking up.
They were alone in the alley, the villain had fled. Katsuki had debated following him but his Alpha instincts forbade him from leaving the Omega in such a vulnerable state. What was he going to do now? He needed to find a Dr or another Hero.
Lifting Izuku into his arms as gently as he could, he raced back towards the crowd of Heroes. They had managed to apprehend the other villains and Shitty hair was still giving out orders. Paramedics were checking over the civilians that had been caught up in the attack. The Alpha pushed past the crowd, heading to the closest ambulance.
"He needs help, you have to help him!" Katsuki all but growled at the Beta who was tending to a security guard, "he was injected with something. I don't know what, but he won't wake up." He had never felt so powerless in all his life. All of his shouting was attracting attention. Katsuki had to be careful, they couldn't find out that the Hero Deku was an Omega. He toned down his voice, "you have to help him, please. I need you to be discreet." The Alpha 'helped' the guard out of the ambulance after he'd placed Izuku on the bed. He went to close the doors, but was blocked by a red haired Alpha.
"Bakubro, what's going on? Why are you...is that Deku? Is he ok? What happened?" Kirishima forced his way into the vehicle, "what did you do?"
"What? Why do you think that I did this to him?" Katsuki couldn't believe that his best friend thought so lowly of him.
"Well forgive me, it's just that we all know about your past and how you can't spend any time together without you causing an argument."
The Alpha had a point, Katsuki just didn't want to admit it in public. "Yes, ok. Fair enough, I can't argue with that. But this wasn't me. It was that shitty Alpha villain, he injected him with something."
"What? And since when have you accepted any of your faults?" Kirishima couldn't believe what he was hearing. He's been aware of the blond Alpha's desperation to speak with Midoriya. What had happened between the two of them?
"Never mind about that right now, we need to focus on Deku," he turned back to the medic who had huddled in the corner, "what is wrong with him? You'd better be able to tell me!"
Trembling, the Beta approached, he began to check Izuku's vitals and attached some tubes and wires to the green haired Omega.
"Well?" Katsuki needed to know and he needed to know now.
"I have a suspicion, but he will need to be taken to the hospital. I believe that he has been injected with a drug that causes an Omega to go into heat. Quite a violent heat might I add, especially for those that are unbonded," the Beta spoke quietly, if the Alphas didn't have advanced hearing they might have struggled to understand him.
"But, Deku is a Beta. The drug shouldn't have any effect on hi-" Kirishima looked at his best friend, "he's an Omega isn't he?"
Katsuki merely nodded before saying, "you two cannot let this get out. Iz-Deku has successfully hidden his second gender and I won't have it being revealed now. Shitty hair, I know that I can trust you. The Beta is the one I'm not sure about."
