Walking along side Katara in the small village near my estate I couldn't help but wonder who mysteriously left a chest of gold on my door step a few nights ago. Not only had it mysteriously shown up but it wasn't long after Katara and I returned from the Earth Kingdom either. I wouldn't dare admit it, but my heart elated the moment my eyes laid on it.
For weeks I had been struggling to maintain the life I expected Katara to have if she where still in the palace. Her newborn child was due soon. He wouldn't be mines biological, yet my word can't not be broken. I've already promised to give the child my name. Having no funds at this time would be a grave mistake.
"LuTen?" Katara said capturing my attention. "Are you alright?"
Looking to my side Katara wore a long flowing hanfu dress. The long light weight skirt was light yellow with white sewn designs. The top had a unique color which was a bend between red and orange. "Of course I'm ok" I particularly lied. "Why would you ask?"
Katara hair was in a high bun with two stands of shorter hair framing her face. The evening sun dim above us as golden hour complemented her skin with yellow hue undertones. Her left hand cuff the fabric underneath her round stomach as Katara tucked one lock of hair behind her right ear. "You've been pretty quiet on our walk in town, I was just worried". She blushed slightly looking down.
Her cheek plumped pink and I found myself fighting the urge to reach out and caress her cheek. "Do you want to go back home? I'm sure whatever Lotus was cooking is completed by now."
"Sure." Katara agreed rubbing her rounded stomach.
*THUMP!* Katara body suddenly jerked forward, her eyes widened with water. I saw her mouth open in terror before letting out a spirited alarm scream. "AAAAAAAAAAAHH!!!!!"
Plunging forward my arms reached out, catching Katara falling body in time. Holding her arm, my eyes widen with fear seeing the rush of blood flowing from her shoulder. Something shiny and pointy stuck out minimally from her clothing. My eyes rushed behind her to see a long arrow sticking out of her body. "KATARA!!"

Her deep blue eyes fell heavy, falling in and out of unconsciousnesses. The blood rushing out her body began to multiple in size, her clothes soaking in more liquid spreading further apart.
