Tejasswi woke up with zero calls and texts from Karan!! She gets ready and went to her office.. it was really hard to be there.. after she felt so insulted there, just because she's dating someone!! And made it public?? It was the worst feeling.
She reached and started to work.. without talking to anyone, she felt like a stranger!! Then suddenly Shivin called her.. it was unexpected...
But she picked it up.. "Hi.. Shivin?"
"Hello, Tejasswi... How are you??"
"Main theek hoon, tum batao?? Kuch urgent hai kya?"
"Nahi itna bhi urgent nahi.. why??"
"Main office mein hoon, baad mein baat kar sakte hain kya??" She asked politely.
"Okay.. call me, whenever you get free!!"
And she tried to focus on her work..!! But her eyes were on phone.. with a hope.. ke Karan call kar le!! Aaj woh poora din kisi se zyada baat nahi karti, akele hi baith kar lunch karti hai.. because she knew.. uske colleagues ne hi suggest kiya hoga, ke Tejasswi toh vehli rehti hai.. apne boyfriend se baat karti hai..!!
Well.. office khatam hote hi woh Shivin ko call karti hai..!! "Haan.. Shivin, ab bolo??"
"Haan.. ab toh free ho naa??"
"Haan.. batao!!"
"Mujhe Karan ke bare mein koi baat karni thi!!"
Tejasswi thoda serious ho jati hai "kya huya usse??"
"Nahi huya toh kuch nahi, par mujhe pta hai woh tumhe kabhi nahi keh payega toh socha main hi bol doon!!"
Tejasswi ki heart beat fast ho jati hai "Is he breaking up with me??" She said at once.
"What??? No!!? Break up kahan se beech mein aa gya??"
"Toh???" She sighed.
"Ek minute, pehle break up wali baat batao?!!" Shivin insisted.
"Well, meri aur uski ladayi ho gyi thi kal.. mujhe boht gussa tha, aur phir woh bhi ho gya.. maine call back kiya par usne ek baar bhi call nahi kiya!! Toh mujhe laga...!!"
"Are you mad?? Itni si baat par woh break up kyu karega?? Karan ka phone kal toh switched off tha.. aur hum bahar the meeting mein!! Phir woh car mein hi so gya tha raat boht ho gyi thi na... Subah usne phone charge kiya.. aur ab shyed tumhe call kar hi lega!! Last time maine usse bathroom mein jaate dekha tha!! Tum bhi pagal ho.. kuch bhi sochti ho"
Tejasswi thoda relieved ho jati hai aur continue karti hai "so.. tumhe kya baat karni thi Karan ke bare mein??"
"Dekho tum gussa mat karna, practically sochna iske bare mein... Karan don't want to come India.. and live with you an ordinary life..!!
Pehle poori baat sunna.. phir assumptions lagana..
Dekho.. yeh business hum dono ka dream tha.. infact uska toh kuch zyada hi tha!! He wants to travel in different countries to expand this, With me.. but since he has told you.. that he'll come there and all... Woh tumse kabhi nahi keh payega ke woh Europe mein hi rehna chahta hai.. tumahare sath!! Par since tumhe bhi apni job se, friends se, family se boht pyar hai.. toh tumahara idhar aana is impossible!! I don't want, you both to be separated or something!!
Bas batana chahta hoon ke Karan ke bhi dreams hain jo woh tumhare liye chodne ko tyar hai!! Just think about it Tejasswi.. agar tum yahan aa jao hamare sath?? I mean technically ladkiyan apna ghar chod kar aati hi hain... Tum Desh chod kar aa sakti ho kya??
I mean.. koi pressure nahi hai just a suggestion!! Because agar aisa nahi bhi hota.. toh work from home toh kar hi lenge..!! In fact phir tumhe Roz mujhe bhi jhelna hoga!! Remember... Main free mein hi sath aaoonga?!!
But it's up to you and Karan..!! Just want you to know about this as well. Tum gussa ya personal mat lena!!"
Tejasswi cleared her throat to speak"nahi.. gusse wali kya baat hai? Thank you bataane ke liye.. I understand!!"
"Haan.. because I know you.. tumhe hamesha se hi ek simple life chayiye thi.. family.. ghar.. and all. Yahan thoda difficult ho sakta hai yeh sab.. but you guys can make it work right??" Shivin finished at last.
"Haan.. relax.. abhi thoda shadi kar rahe hain.. we are just dating each-other!! So don't worry too much" and she disconnected the call.
Woh phone check karti hai.. toh usse Karan ke missed calls dikhte hain.. He finally called. She waited for a few minutes and then called him back.
Karan immediately pick karta hai aur bolta hai "are you okay?? I am so sorry for yesterday.".
Tejasswi halki si smile karti hai "haan.. I am fine, I am sorry too.. apna gussa tum par nikaal diya.. tumahari ismein koi galti nahi thi.. I was just so much in anger last day."
"Haan.. mujhe samjhna chahiye tha.. par mujhe bhi thoda hurt huya toh bol diya!! Seriously sorry yaar.. aur mera sach mein intention nahi tha tumhe financially low feel karwane ka!!"
"Haan.. woh pta nahi maine kyu bol diya!! Sorry.. I know tum Mazzak hi karte ho!!"
"So.. are we good??"
"Yes we are.." Tejasswi assured.
"Toh aaj tumne apne boss se baat ki?? I mean..."
"Koi fayda nahi, woh log wahi sochenge jo unka sochna hai..!! It's useless!!"
"Par try toh karna chahiye tha! How can someone do this?? I think tumhe complaint bhi karni chahiye... Relationship toh sabka hi hota hai.. just because you over shared a little.. it doesn't mean.. they should judge you like that!?"
"Haan.. it's true, par meri complaint ka bhi koi fayda nahi.. just let it go.. maine move on kar liya hai!!"
"Tum fight nahi karogi?"
"No...!!"
"Okay.. but I disagree..!!
"Haan..you can.., anyways.. what are you up to??"
"Well, I and Shivin finally owned the hotel.. we celebrated yesterday!! My parents are so happy.. I am happy.."
"I am happy for you as well.."
"Thank you..!!"
"Anything else.. that you want me to know??"
"Filhaal toh kuch nahi.."
"India kab tak aaoge??"
"Well, jaise hi iss hotel ka kaam khatam ho jayega . Bataya tha na.. 4-5 month lag jayenge!!"
"Haan.. sorry main bhool gyi thi..!! Well.. I can't wait for you to come here and live with me forever!!" She finished.
"Yess.."
Woh thodi aur idhar-udhar ki baatein karte hain par Karan usse kuch nahi batata jo abhi Shivin ne bataya tha!! She was little disappointed. Ke Karan uske sath yeh bhi nahi share kar paa raha!!
How are they supposed to trust each-other?? And live together for the rest of their lives!??
Tejasswi kaam ko lekar bhi boht preshan thi, aur ab Karan.. ke regarding bhi usse tension feel ho rahi thi. She was feeling like a terrible person.
Aaj bhi bas woh chup-chap khana khaa kar.. apne room mein chali jati hai!! She wasn't really happy.
And the next day... she decided to quit her job. Because she was so much stressed jo bhi partiality uske sath hui thi... Woh apna resignation letter de deti hai.. along with one month notice period. Her Manager was really shocked. It was little unexpected. He tried to console her.. but Tejasswi apni baat par ruki hui thi.. She was a valuable asset to this office. Nobody wants that.
But Tejasswi was very sure.. that She can't work here anymore. She felt so humiliated aur ab woh bheekh ka promotion bhi nahi chaahti thi.. jo manager usse offer kar raha tha!!
At last.. he agreed.. and Tejasswi was looking forward to complete her last 30 days in this office.
