Estelle's POV
I woke up with a pounding headache. My vision was blurry but it looked like I was in a warehouse of some sort. There were a bunch of men with guns walking around. I looked down and saw that I was tied to a chair. I began to squirm and scream trying to pull my arms and legs out of the ties they were in. But it was of no use they were too tight. There was also tape over my mouth so no one could hear me even if I tried.
"Aye boss. Looks like she's awake now." one of the armed men called out as he approached me with a smirk.
"You're a pretty one ain't you." the man said, caressing the side of my face as I tried my best to move away from him as I glared at him in disgust.
"Look who's finally up." Chris said walking towards me with a grin. Tears welled up in my eyes as I realized that it was him who did this to me. He ripped the tape off my mouth abruptly causing me to wince in pain.
"Wh-where's my daughter? Wh-why am I here?" I asked immediately.
"She's safe. You're here because your brother has something of mine and I want it back." he said.
"What do you mean safe? Where is she? What do you want with my brother?!" I asked frantically. Instead of responding to me he just chuckled and walked away. He snapped his fingers altering one of his men to put the tape back over my mouth.
Elijah's POV
"Boss we need to you to come back to the trap. Like right now." one of the men in my crew said before hanging up.
"This shit never ends bruh" I mumbled as I grabbed my stuff.
"Who was that babe?" Layla asked.
"No one go back to sleep. I'll be back later." I said giving her a quick forehead kiss before heading out. I know she hated when I dismissed her like that but I don't like her being involved in this shit. It's bad enough these North Carolina niggas already have it out for her.
It had been a couple days since everything went down at the hospital. Layla was back here at my condo. We figured it would be best for Sienna to stay at the cabin for a bit longer and lay low. I was about 6am right now and one of my guys just called, sounding frantic. Kaine's crew must have made another move.
I made it over to the trap within 20 minutes to see what was going on. I had already called Six and D on the way so that they could meet me here. As I was walking in the guy who called me rushed over.
"Boss you gotta get in here. When we got in this morning there was a message for you written on the wall." he said showing me to the area he wanted me to see.
There was a message from Kaine written on one of the walls in my warehouse in graffiti. It said "You have something of mine and I have something of yours. I say we make a trade."
"Fuck is this nigga talking about he has something of mine?" I questioned trying to think of what he could possibly be talking about. Just then it dawned on me that he was talking about my sister. That bitch ass nigga Mason was dating her before I had him killed.
"Fuck!" I yelled out rushing out to my car.
"E what's going on man?" Six asked running behind me with D not to far behind him.
"I think he did something to Estelle. I gotta get over there." I explained hopping in my car.
"We comin wit you." Six said with him and D getting in their cars and tailing me.
I weaved in and out of traffic the whole way there driving like a mad man. Estelle lived on the other side of town so it was gonna take us about 20 minutes to get there. As soon as we pulled up I hopped out my car not even sure if I put in park and ran to her door.
The door to her townhouse was wide open and the plants on her porch were knocked over. I pulled out my gun as I walked inside slowly to make sure no one else was in there. Everything looked intact but she and Bella were gone. I checked every room but there was no trace of them. There was a note on tape to the wall that read "406 Grape street 9pm."
I was so mad I couldn't even speak as I rushed out the house. Six and D followed me back to my car watching me pace back and forth in anger.
"E talk to us man, what's the move we need to hit back." Six said.
"Yeah these niggas can't get away with this shit." D said.
"Nah no more of this back and forth shit. We gon gather as many men as we can and we're gon do this meet up and kill all these niggas. This shit ends tonight!" I said.
Layla's POV
"You need to pack a bag and get out of town. Take your passport, book a flight and go somewhere. Anywhere but here." Eli said as he rushed in the house rummaging through his safe and some duffle bags he had hidden around the condo.
"Babe slow down. What do mean get of town?" I asked confused.
"You need to leave! It's not safe here! You know there's a gang war happening right now. These niggas already took my fuckin sister. I'm not about to let you be next. You need to go!" he yelled.
"I'm not leaving you." I said.
"Look now ain't the time for allat. I need you to go. I need to know you're safe." he explained.
"I babe and I appreciate it. But this is my mess. The reason they took your sister, the reason they've been fuckin with Sienna. It's all because of me! It's all my fault. I'm not gonna let you go in there and get yourself killed because of me!" I responded.
"You're leaving end of discussion." he said while throwing my suitcase on the ground in front of me.
"I told you I'm not leaving." I said kicking the suitcase away from my feet.
"Your stubbornness is gonna be the end of me I swear." he mumbled.
I smirked to myself as he walked away. I'm glad he's gonna let me help though. I just feel like none of this would of happened if it weren't for me. Had I just stayed in North Carolina or kept to myself at Emory then neither Sienna nor Eli would be in this mess.
