(Present)
"You looked good!" she said and I gave her a smile.
"You too.. pretty as always" I said and she blushed.
"You always as straight forward as you are" she said then we continued eating lang. We just silent while eating and after we ate.. we went outside.
"Saan ka after? I asked her kasi baka pwede ba magkape. I wanted to know more details of what happened to her after almost 2 years.
"Nothing.. just going straight home" she said "why?" She added
"Hmmm.. do you want to have some coffee?" I asked her.
"Sure.. wala naman akong gagawin... Wait here.. kunin ko lang ang sasakyan" then umalis na sya.
Maya maya pa ay dumating na sya at bumaba... opened the door for me. She was gentlewoman as always sabi ko sa isip ko then inayos nya ang seatbelt ko making her face closer to mine.
"so where are we heading to?" she asked me
"Kahit nearest starbucks nalang siguro" I said then she started to drive na.
I fell asleep and parang ang tagal ng byahe namin.
"Here na us" sabi niya and napamulat ako kasi nakatulog na pala ako.
"Parang hindi naman to starbucks" I was confused of where were kasi puro puno lang ang nakikita ko.
"This is better than starbucks" she said and pumasok na kami sa isang maliit na kainan.
"Saan ba tayo?" I asked her
"Sa kapeng barako.. yong kape na kaya ka ipag laban" she said.
"Batangas???!!" Nagulat naman ako and she really drive that long para lang makapagkape here.
"Tulog na tulog ka e... I woke you up but since hindi ka gumising so I decided nalang" She was trying to convince me with her decision to bring me a long way.
"Ang layo kasi dito" I was shocked padin
"I hope you don't have important things to do" She smirked.
"so what if my importante akong gagawin.. what are you gonna do Kyle?" I was asking her seriously kasi ang layo. almost 3 hrs drive from Manila to Batangas.
"Mas importante pa saken?" she seriously asked back.
I sighed.
"Ganito kaba the first time you met people.. Bring them somewhere they even didn't know?" sabi ko nalang though I am not afraid naman with her.. takot lang ako sa sarili ko.
"Look.. ikaw tong gusto ng kape di bah?? so heto tayo mag kakape.. At least may kwento ka kay Tots" She said and I remember Totie set me up for this date.
"oo.. pero sabi ko starbucks lang.. somewhere near" I sighed again.
"Are you not excited to be with me the same excitement you had 2 years ago?" She seriously asked
She really was observant kahit emotion ata ng tao na oobserved nya and medyo nahiya ako when I remember it.
"That was before." I said trying to cover up my face na nagblushed.
"Don't worry.. hahatid pa kita sa bahay mo door to door... magkakape lang tayo" she said and looking at the menu na.
"okay fine! pinagod mo lang sarili mo" I said nalang din tumingin na din sa menu.
"Walang nakakapagod basta ikaw" sabi nya at kinindatan pa ako. She seemed different from the seryoso kanina and now parang nang-aasar lang.
"Do you still have my picture?" she suddenly asked
