I tilt my head to the side in curiosity at his smirk, then look at the first man. All chained to the floor, on their knees, I count them off in my head...
Y/N: <So, who here was the leader? If you don't speak, don't worry, I can make you.>
We'll keep this simple. We will call them, raider 1, raider 2, and raider 3, arranged from left to right.
Raider 1: Some of us speak English here...
Y/N: Oh, I'm sorry, I had no idea... Well, you got anything else you wish to say now that I'm speaking in your tongue?
Raider 1: I'll die before you get anything out of me...
Y/N: Awww... cute, so that means you aren't the leader. You're useless, then.
I draw a tanto from its sheath inside my jacket. I can see the fear in his eyes as well as the other men when I take the blade out. I march towards him, getting behind the guy and grabbing him by his hair. Where shall I cut him first? I wonder...
*SHING! EXCESSIVE SCREAMING! SHING! CHOKE!*
I slice across his eyes, blinding him, and while the raider number 3 winces, raider number 2's grin starts to grow. I stab it straight through the back of his neck, turning it for those 2 to see. The guards immediately turn back around at the sight, I would too.
Kicking him to the floor, raider number 3 begins to weep. I go over to number 2 next, crouching down in front of him.
Y/N: So, was it you then? Obviously, you enjoy the sight of even your men's own blood.
Raider 2: <I simply saw them as tools. I must say though, from one artist to another, exceptional technique, I must say...>
Alright, so, I think we can all agree that this man is the leader, and he is borderline psychotic. He has no problem with me disposing of his men, and as the raider on the right weeps, he laughs.
Y/N: <Technique?>
Raider 2: <Why yes, artists are all different. While some may choose to simply... dump off a life, you choose to deny the right of sight, before the display.> The twirling was... indeed good work.
Raider 3: JHIN, FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY!!! THIS IS DISGUSTING, THIS IS NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR?!
Y/N: WHAT DID YOU SIGN UP FOR?!
Raider 3: J-just a hit... that's all it was... I was in Bilgewater, I needed cash. I was an Ionian soldier who deserted, I had to get away from this failing nation! He never told me we'd be taking on the leader of the Kinkou Order! I... shook... when I showed up here. My rifle was never fired, you can look for yourself.
Y/N: <His evidence, now!>
A guard rushes away from the cell, and as I sit there and wait, I watch them both start to develop a hatred for one another. The rifle that was held by raider number 3, upon unloading the magazine, and the chamber, reveals 30 shots, full. No residue, this is a fresh weapon, not even one bullet through the barrel...
Y/N: <So... you, number 3... What is your stance on Ionian politics, hmmm?>
Raider 3: I just want... to be far away from here as possible... I hate... Ionia... I hate where I came from, more importantly I hated the people who I have served to turn it into this pit of shit. So, when I heard that we could take down something mentioned only as a "government pawn"...
Y/N: <You took the chance.>
Raider 3: <I took the chance to hopefully see the home I once knew when I was little.>
