CHAPTER 45- HIS SLUT

"Wh...at...are...you..? When did....you get..in?" She shrieked, her throat suddenly dry.

How come she didn't hear him come in? He was in a simple bed robe. Gosh! He heard all the stupid things she had been saying but that wasn't even the problem now. Allison immediately clutched her hands to her breasts, the pathetic attempt to shield them from on his view was adorable but rather disappointing. His eyes fell on both sides of her hips. Were those the dips she was referring to earlier? They were anything but being insecure over.

"Aren't you going to leave?" She asked, embarrassment creeping down her spine. "My gosh Hades! Where are your manners?!"
"I think I left them in the first aid box." He said, as he reached for both her hands and pulled them away from her chest, causing her to gasp.
"Don't hide them from me Allison."
She bit her lips, wishing the ground would open up and swallow her.
"Petite in a way." She heard him say next as He said, shamelessly swept his gaze down at her bareness.
"Stop...staring!"
"How can I not when they're also staring back at me?"
"Wh...at?" She shook her head, trying to gain some composure and break out from the spell he was casting on her.
"Leave I'm...I'm naked."
"I can see that."
With a frustrated groan, she reached for the towel on the hanger but he was faster and grasped the towel away.
"What are you doing?" She tried to reach them but he was taller. "Go away Hades!" Any more of his presence and she would burst out crying in shame. No one has ever seen her like this before. Why did it have to be this Man?
"Allison...." He smiled, understanding and enjoying her growing frustration at the same time. "....why do you feel embarrassed in front of me?"
"What kind of a question is that? You're invading my privacy!"
"Your privacy? I'm your husband, pet."
"Yes, my very fake husband."
"Oh?"
She successfully snatched the towel from him and wrapped it around her body.
Finally! Thank goodness!
"You don't love me and I don't love you either."
"Says who?" He frowned.
"In a few months all this will be over and we'll go our separate ways like we never existed. This is a contract and at the end of the day, you'll walk out of it as a savior. I don't want any complications."
Was that what she really thought? He looked at her, displeased.
"Is that what you still think?"
"Well...y...yes."
"Then shouldn't you be worried about carrying my child?"
"I've figured that out?"
"Enlighten me."
"I'll get a surrogate for the baby and insemination will be artificial."
"When will I ever understand you pet?" He asked, a playful smile on his lips. "I honestly thought we had long past this stage."
"Well you thought wrong."
"You can't escape me that quick."
"Yes I can. Mostly because this union is temporary."
"Oh well..." He grabbed her chin, forcing her to look directly into his eyes. "....too bad I like you now, contract or not, you're mine."
Allison scoffed. "I am nobody's possessio..."
Hades shook his head, cutting her off.
"I apologize if that came out like an option you had to choose from. I didn't ask for an opinion Allison, I simply stated a fact and all I expect from you is compliance."

Why did he sound so genuine? And most importantly, why did his words have so much effect on her that the only thing she wanted to do at the moment was to nod?

"But...but...you don't."
"I don't what?"
"You don't love me. Why would you? No one ever does. Not genuinely anyways."
He lifted her chin to meet with his eyes again. "I do." Was all he simply said.
"I know you Hades. You're so full of sick tricks and tactics...." She said, her breath hitching as He leaned in closer to her, a kiss couldn't be far off at this moment and she felt terribly nervous.
"Oh is that so?" He asked, amusement in his voice.
"And I swear..." her voice was shaky. "....if this happens to be one of your fucked up games Hades, I'll...."
"No games baby," He cut her short. "I promise."

Her eyes search his, helplessly looking for the possibility of deception and he knew. He hated that she doubted him, he needed to give her a little bit more assurance. With that, he tucked some of her red hair behind her ears and grabbed onto her neck, bringing her lips to his, where they belonged.
