And I thought Ember and Draco were annoying! All Ember does was be with Nate and snog him!! When ever she wasn't with him, all she did was stare at him like a love sick puppy or whine about how much she missed him. It was bloody annoying!!
Angelina was pissed off by Ember because she didn't focus during their quidditch practices. Mione's pissed off because Ember wasn't focusing on homework. Fred and George and everyone else were annoyed because Ember was always acting like a love sick puppy around Nate.
BUT!! I have notice Draco. He disn't look himself lately. His eyes were a bit red and puffy. Had he been crying? I didn't know, I didn't talk to him or Blaise anymore. Ever since Draco cheated on Ember. I think Ember was moving on, she didn't care much about Draco and was focused on Nate. That's good right? She wasn't moping around anymore...
Right now we were in the Great Hall for studies. Mcgonagall was watching us while we were all studying or what else we have to do. I looked down the table and saw Ember's head on Nate's shoulder giggling as Nate talked. "Look at them. She looks like she in love with him," I said turning back to my group.
"More like a love sick puppy," Fred muttered.
"Seriously. She hasn't left his side at all!" Ginny said in annoyance.
Harry sighed. "Why'd she pick Nathan? I mean he's clearly a jerk and is probably gonna hurt her like Malfoy did."
I gave him a look. "Or you're just jealous because you still fancy her."
Harry went red. "I'm just saying. Nathan flirts with a lot of people."
"I got it!" Mione exclaimed quietly. She moved her book in the middle of the table for all of us to see. "Ember's been acting like a love sick puppy for days. She claims she is 'in love' with Nathan. But look, Ember's eyes are hazel right? But have you notice her eyes in the pass couple days? They have a hint of pink. Ember started to be 'in love' with Nathan at lunch, after she drank from her goblet. She's under a love potion(idk if the eye thing really happens, but oh well) Nathan must have smuggled some into ember's drink. We need to put her back to normal." (I know she just got the potion but i don't like Nathan and Ember together. So yeah...)
"It all makes sense now!" I said, "Ember wouldn't just go up to a guy and snog them, let alone in the Great hall full of people."
"How are we gonna fix her then?" Ron questioned.
"I don't know..." Mione said, wow thats a first. "Wait! I got it! There's a potion in our potion book that shows us how to make the antidote." And there's the Mione we knew. "I'll make the potion. We just need to get Ember away from Nathan so we can give it to her."
"You make the potion. We'll handle Ember." George said
The Next Day
Fred and George manged to get Ember away from Nate. "What are you doing? I have a date with Nate!!" Ember struggled.
"Here Ember you need to drink this." Hermione held up a goblet full of juice and the potion. Ember was not going to just drink something if you tell her to. Merlin, Hermione. Think.
"What is it?" Ember took the goblet and examined it.
"It'll make your pimples go away." Mione replied. Can potions even do that? Nope. Never mind. I remembered. There was a potion like that.
Ember looked convinced, so she took a sip of it. Her face softened a bit and looked confused. "Why are you guys staring at me like that?"
"You were under a love potion." I said, "Nathan did it."
Ember gave me a weird look. "Love potion? On me? By Nathan? Bloody hell May, are you sick or something? Nathan would never do that. He's one of my best friends."
"But it's true!" George exclaimed.
Ember just rolled her eyes. "Mhmm yeah I believe you." She walked away and went to her dorm.
"Why doesn't she believe us?" Fred asked.
"I don't know..." Mione muttered.
"Well... atleast we don't have to see Ember and Nathan snog anymore." I said.
