Who does he belong to?

The boy woke up to a sharp pain in his ear as his eyes shot open to see a man holding his head back while another stapled a tag on his right ear. "Ah, seems the thing woke up. Send him over to those twins, will ya?" The man ordered as he was picked up and set down next to his brothers.

"He's a breadwinner, that one." A man commented as the boy curled into his eldest brother who held him protectively. "They'll fetch a handsome price when they're together. Put em in the same cage." The man ordered as they were put in an actual cage.

"Are you alright Ciel, brother? Thank goodness you two are safe-!" He asked quietly out as he was close to crying. 'My brothers were exactly alike to everyone, yet I knew everything about them was different.'

"How pathetic of me.. I'm a failure of an older brother." 'Ciel, the bubbly and friendly one.' "If only I had... More power..." 'Ciel, the bubbly and friendly one.' "If only I were stronger... Strong enough to beat anyone!!" 'Or so I believed.'

"Sorry... I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!" Ciel cried out as he began to cry and sob. 'But I was wrong, like always. We were utterly powerless all we could do was cry.' The younger two looked at their elder brother with glossy eyes before the three curled into each other and sobbed. 'For we were but children robbed of our future.'

Ciel and his brother woke up to their brother quietly crying to himself. The youngest switched from Ciel's arms to cage his brother who slightly quieted down. Ciel then tapped his twins shoulder who sat up with a groggy face. "Ciel...?" He asked as the boy placed a finger over his mouth to quiet him down.

"Look." He said as he opened his palm to show their fathers ring. "That's papa's ring..." The youngest trailed off. "It's pretty, isn't it? A feel blue that glitters like the stars." Ciel asked as the Y/n whispered. "It's the same color as your/our eyes..."

"Yes it is, and guess what? I have mummys ring too." He said as he opened his other palm to show a slimmer ring that wasn't as heavy and was dainty.

"This is a special ring that can only be worn by the head of the house of Phantomhive. We can't let anyone else have it. That's why... I took it from father's hand, and brought it with me. And mummys ring can only be worn by the countess of Phantomhive." Ciel told his youngest brother as he looked at him in amazement.

"And then we'll start over anew, together." He said as he held up both of the rings. "Bu-but... If they find out we have it, they'll take it away from us!" The middle child worried as Ciel smirked. "Then we just have to make sure they don't find it." He said before dropping the first ring into his mouth and swallowing it and doing the same for the other.

"Keep it a secret that I got to eat a nice blue candy, okay? Don't tell a soul." He whispered with a smile as both of his brothers nodded at the bold move. They then held each other's hands and closed their eyes as they pressed their heads together. "Dear God, we pray that you watch over us, and protect us from above."
