Jayden ignored the teachers comment and stared at their current location. He was in a building like always, but this time they seemed to have been teleported into the center of what looked like a hotels reception. Luckily, there weren't people around to see the sorry state of the students.
Sir Julius waited this time, for the students to recover themselves. They did so after close to two and a half hours of waiting and it was a surprise that the students were able to differentiate which box was theirs.
The first two hundred to get up where taken to a side, and just like Mr Vane said, the rest were teleported back with the teachers of the Dark Dusk House, they left along with a teacher of the Blessed Angels as it seemed that only they, had the skill used to activate the teleportation circle.
Jayden stared at the towering structure ardorned with chandeliers that made the white painted walls glow with an otherworldly beauty, the golden trims on the white curtains hunged by the high windows, let the warm rays of the sun seep in through, there were sofas aligned on the side, to let their guests sit down while waiting.
Robots stood by the side with a tray in one of their hands and a napkin hanged on their other arm like butlers.
One should know that robots were built just like humans and were not easy to obtain, if anyone had a robot in their possesion without the consent of the authorities, that person was seen as a planetary level threat and will be eliminated immediately by any means necessary. But for about fifty robots standing to the side, ready to take any orders, showed the wealth of the Garrion Race and the power they held in their hands.
The ground was designed with white marbles and some golden colored marbles. The golden marbles where used to make different patterns on the ground, but the center of the hotel that they stood, was just a big circle marked out with the golden colored marbles.
Sir Julius who was the most level headed among the teachers, walked to the reception, a robot with a screen for its face stood there motionless. As soon as Teacher Julius reached a mark, a face came up on the screen showing a smiling emoji like face. They exchanged some words, with the screen changing its faces into weird ways that made Jayden confused.
He ignored the duo and discretely poured energy into his eyes, his irises began to glow purple. He scanned the large reception and pinpointed several places that had energy flowing through it, but surprisingly, the circle on the ground around them didn't have an ounce of energy coursing through it.
"It's just a normal circle!!!" Jayden mumbled with some shock.
He walked around, staring intently at everything as if he was trying to find out their origins with his blank stare, the lucky two hundred students sat on the sofas while ordering drinks like they owned the place.
Jayden moved from spot to spot and after surveying everything to his hearts content, he joined the students and ordered a glass of water to quench his thirst.
Not long after, Sir Julius returned to them with a big golden key. It was almost one meter long and looked more like a weapon.
"Listen up everyone." Teacher Julius started off by clapping his hands twice to get their attention.
"I have just received the keys to the rooms of everyone here." He gestured while flashing the key in front of everyone.
"Ehh"
"We're.... gonna share one key? That's dumb!!"
"And you're dumber." A student replied annoyingly, and they soon they began to argue.
"He's kidding right."
"Fuck!!! Who the hell stepped on me?"
"I want to sleep. I'm so tired."
"We all would sleep in one room?" A girl with short pink hair said with a blush.
"IDIOT!!! He clearly said rooms, there's no way in the Five Earths that were going to share one room." A brown haired freckled boy replied. "Though I hope so." He added under his breath.
Sir Julius was dumbfounded at the reactions of the students, some weren't even paying attention to him and were arguing with themselves.
"We should have reduced their numbers to one hundred." Sir Julius said under his voice. "Maybe fifty. Or even twenty."
"ENOUGH!!!."
"We will not be sharing one key, or one room!!!" Sir Julius said as he thought about the absurdity of them all sharing one room. "There will be rooms for three students to share together. Boys seperate and girls seperate." Sir Julius ended his speech wishing to say no more with anger clearly written all over his face.
Sir Julius brought the key to his face and broke it, the students gasped, the teachers gasped, but Mr Vane smiled in glee.
Jayden channelled energy into his eyes and saw the energy that was dormant in the key, come alive. The energy flowed out of the two broken parts and then morphed until the key was whole again, but in his hands now, where two identical keys to the original.
He gave one to another teacher and they began to do the same thing over and over and over again, until there were one hundred and nine beautifully crafted golden keys in their hands. Hundred for the students and nine for the teachers that were left.
Teacher Julius led the students with the frown still plastered on his face, he still looked angry at the students irrational behaviour.
They turned and curved and took stairs and used elevators until they each were escorted to their rooms. As they unlocked their rooms, the students were given a simple other by Mr. Vane.
"When it's time for the Tournament and we call for you, you better fucking get your asses and meet us at the reception in fifteen minutes, OR I'LL SKIN YOUR ASSES WITH A HOT KNIFE. UNDERSTOOD!!!!"
No one knew why he screamed the last part, but they knew he wasn't bullshitting them, they had heard rumors of the various deeds and violent acts he had committed, so they grabbed their ass cheeks and locked their rooms with terrified faces.
His reputation had hit rock bottom, but who would dare say it in his face?
No one.
They all feared the Devil of the Science Sage School.
