Creation Orb

Jayden traced his hands over his chest, the chest covering of his Mech Suit had fallen off a long time ago together with his body suit which was ripped in several places, it was still a miracle that the Energy Orb that was supposed to be there to power up the Mech Suit hadn't fallen off, strands of wires were sticking out of the Mech Suit but that wasn't Jayden's concern at the moment, what was freaking him out was the bump he felt on his chest.

He looked down to see a round object sticking out halfway through his body. Jayden panicked, he tried to grab the orb and pull it out of his body all to no avail, he felt like he was suffocating even though he actually wasn't, at that moment, he felt a sharp stinging pain on his chest, the orb moved slightly into his body, this made Jayden look like he was going to pass out from fear.

[Relax Host]

[The Creation Orb is merging with you]

Jayden didn't hear and see the message pop up as he was focused on getting the orb out.

After trying for a minute, Jayden took several deep breaths, he spread his legs apart taking a basic martial arts stand. He then began to tense the muscles in his chest hoping to make the orb fall out. The look on his face was one of pain, which mislead the Rogue System to think something else.

[If you are trying to take a dump, I suggest you first of all take off your Mech suit]

"...." Jayden stared at the interface speechless. "Do I look like I want to take a dump, are you kidding me right now? Instead of mocking me, why don't you help me take it off."

[I was not mocking you, I thought you actually wanted to take a dump with that absurd expression on your face]

"Can you take it off?

[I can but...]

The Rogue System paused.

"But what? spit it out."

[It will cause more harm than good]

"What kind of harm?" Jayden asked with a hint of fear.

"Best?!!!" Jayden said perplexed he didn't survive everything he had gone through just to die, so If that was the best case, what will be the worst case? the mere thought of it made Jayden shudder.

"So what if I leave it there?"

"Cultivate? What do you mean by that?"

[In the future where I was created, humans have once again evolved in their knowledge, They figured out how to draw out energy from an energy orb and and use it to perform super human feats]

"Hmm.. I like where this conversation is going." Jayden said with a smile plastered on his face.

[The energy could be used to strengthen the body to increase their innate agility, strength, endurance and stamina, it could also be used to increase the output of certain skills if used properly]

"Output as how?"

[Your current skills are a good example, [Velocity Punch] will deal more damage if more energy is poured into it. The creator of the skill had programmed it to use a certain amount of energy in a certain way to produce the effect, but if you are able to control the energy and add more energy to your skills, it will be like the skills have evolved into something else]

Jayden sat on the ground and thought.

"You never told me, how much energy is contained in a Creation Orb?"

"Finally, I will be able to exert my revenge." Jayden began to laugh maniacally like a super villain.

[Though you can't cast skills infinitely]

[The Creation Orb is said to have an infinite amount of energy because when the energy runs out, it refills over time]

"So the energy is infinite while not being infinite. Got it."

[Is there anything else the host will like to ask]

"Yes, how are you going to build a new Mech Suit?"

[With the help of my skills, knowledge and the Radianium Ore beneath you, I can make a new Mech Suit in the Void Space]

"Radianium Ore? Void Space? you sure do know a lot of big words."

[Radianium Ore is one of the strongest, hardest and toughest metal discovered in the world. It also has a property that allows it to negate most types of energies]

[The Void Space is a space created for the host to retreat to In times of eminent danger or to be used to train. See it like your personal room where only you can access]

"Hmmm.... ok I'll deal with the Void Space later. How am I going to get the Radianium Ore." Jayden asked while tracing his hands over the ground.

[The fastest way to get to it will be to forcefully pull it out with some energy from the Creation Orb]

"Nah... I don't want to waste my energy, tell me the other way."

[Get digging]

"... "

[What?]

"I should dig the ground? with what?"

[You can use your hands which I estimate will take three weeks to properly dig up enough Ore to create your Mech Suit, or you can just use your energy to pull it out]

"I shouldn't be too stingy, it for my own good after all." Jayden mumbled. "Use it."

[You have to wait for the orb to completely fuse with you to be able to use the energy]

"How long will that take?"

[Three hours]

"Then I'll have to wait."

[I can speed it up if you want]

"That will be great, the less time I spend in this place will give more time to do something a lot more productive . Do it."

[It will hurt really bad]

"Whaa....."Jayden didn't complete his word before he fell on his back and groaning with a pained expression on his face.
