A black sword forged from raw Radianium gleamed in Jayden's hands, its smooth surface a stark contrast to its previous rough raw form.

It was a double edged blade that was a bit too small in his bulky Mech Suits hands. But over all it was a master piece, its edges were sharp and looked like it could cut through anything, a purple gem that glowed lightly under the dark sky was embedded at the junction between the hilt and the blade, parallel lines that connected in weird ways glowed on the swords surface, if this was a movie or novel, it could have been mistaken for runes.

Jayden's grip on the sword tightened, he didn't want it to slip out of his hand mid swing.

"Huhh. What's th.... ARHHHHH!!!" Jayden let out a blood curdling scream as he dropped to his knees and let the sword fall to the ground. He subconsciously deactivated his Mech Suit due to the mind shaking pain that he felt.

His mind was being torn apart due to the flood of information being forced into his brain.

The Lone Wolf Hunter took a step back at the sudden reaction of Jayden, it's mind seemed to have sensed the impending danger and told it to attack while it could. It lunged at Jayden's kneeling figure with its mouth open, hoping to bite off his head in one fell swoop.

But out of a crack in space came a large paw swinging at the Wolf's head. A loud smack reverberated through the forest as the black paw of a beast bashed the Wolf's large head.

Draven had fully absorbed the Energy Orbs given to him by Draven, he had evolved into an Intermediate Tier Beast of the Low Stage.

After absorbing several Energy Orbs of Intermediate and Evolved Tier Beasts. Draven had moved through the stages and evolved to the next Tier. For one his looks had changed, his already dark skin had become darker, his eyes now had a shade of purple added to them, his height had increased by a meter and a half and his physical strength, regeneration and intelligence had seen an increase.

Draven didn't attack the Wolf who momentarily lost control of the lightning covering it legs after Draven's bash.

Draven might have evolved but he wasn't fully in control of his strength, he needed time to understand his powers and learn to use them properly in a battle, but if he just charged ahead mindlessly, he might end up endangering both his and Jayden's life which he wanted to protect at all costs.

The Lone Wolf Hunter was regaining it's senses and so was Jayden.

Jayden's eyes were bloodshot, the arteries in his eyes were bulging seriously as if they were going to pop at any moment, he bled from his orfices and his hands were shaking, not in pain, but in uncontrolled rage.

"You.... You made me go through this!!, I'll rip you apart and make you eat your flesh!!" Jayden growled menacingly. Draven felt Jayden's killing intent reach a new level and made him shudder in fear, he immediately jumped back into the Void space to avoid being collateral damage in the fight between the two predators.

Jayden got up from the ground with the sword in his hands again, he didn't bother reactivating his Mech Suit and charged at the Wolf faster than he had ever run.

The sword suddenly glowed brightly as Jayden subconsciously channeled energy into the sword, something he didn't know he could do.

The purple gem embedded on the sword glowed before pouring the energy in the rune like markings on the sword. The sword vibrated as if in joy at the pure energy it was being fueled with.

The Lone Wolf Hunter activated its speed based skill before charging at Jayden with renewed vigor.

Meeting at the center almost at the same time, Jayden made a quick slash at the wolf, the one meter long blade blurred before meeting its mark. A deep gash was made on the Wolf's head, almost reaping an eye with it.

Jayden rolled to the side to avoid the wolf's charge, he immediately repositioned himself and spread his feet apart, his right leg slightly ahead of his left.

The two handed sword was held up in one hand by Jayden, he felt more in tune with the sword that way, even though the martial arts forcefully imparted on him was supposed to be performed with two hands. There was a variation that wasn't complete and needed the user to be able to do some things.

Jayden pushed those thoughts out of his raging mind and instead thought of the different kind of torture he was going to dish out to the wolf.

The wolf shot bolts of lightning at Jayden with the intent to paralyse him.

Jayden reacted swiftly and parried the three bolts of lightning in one strike. It showed his descent understanding of the martial arts, Lightnings Ways.

The martial arts needed a sword to be performed with it properly, which was why Nahshon made a sword before hand.

The basis of the martial arts was moving and flexing certain muscles in the body to produce fast strikes that came from unnatural angles. It showed it's true effectiveness when used against humans, it could be used in a myriad ways that left the opponent thinking 'what just happened?!'.

Though not as effective against beasts, it was still a formidable sword style.

The Wolf clawed at Jayden but almost lost its paws in the process, it then proceeded to start launching bolts of lightning at Jayden.

At first it could only create three bolts of lightning, but as time went on, it gradually increased to four and from four to five.

Some might have thought that it was the end of Jayden because the Lone Wolf Hunter seemed to be getting better in the fight...

...but so was Jayden.

The information was slowly being absorbed and digested properly by him. The Creation Orb played a role in this situation as it healed his broken mind and made it stronger.

His strikes became more fluid and faster, it also required less energy to perform his attacks, unlike the first time he attacked the Wolf.

As the wolf realised that it was loosing, it suddenly stopped and raised its head to the sky.

From its mouth, all the way down to its stomach, a sudden bright blue glow was seen.

Jayden braced himself for an AOE attack, but what came next was something he didn't expect.

The wolf let out a loud howl filled with lightning that shot up into the sky, momentarily brightening up the sky and violently blowing back the trees around them.
