Jayden was at loss for words, what the Rogue System said made sense. If somehow one of his enemies needed to find out a crucial information about him but couldn't, and instead went for his friends, he wasn't sure if they were going to keep their mouths shut in the face of danger.

He trusted Nate, but his life depended on the amount of information he told them, so for now, he was going to keep everything to himself, after all, his revenge was still his main priority.

Jayden immediately changed his statement before sending the message.

[So you somehow escaped Derrick and his team but still received some injuries in the process -Knell]

[That loser, he had the guts to do that -Lewis]

[He's done for. Let him just wait till I get him. I'll make him beg for death -Nate]

[Let's not be too annoyed] Jayden interrupted [First of all, we can't do shit to them. Wanna know why?]

[Why?] Knell asked

[BECAUSE WE'RE F***ING TOO WEAK!!!. Can any of you even land a punch on me if we were to fight. No. But those bastards have top grade martial arts to back them up coupled with their superior Mech Suits. I doubt any of us could beat the weakest among their team.]

[....] The four of them were silent. The truth was really hard to take in, but it was that same truth that gave them the will and courage to strive for more. No one wanted to remain at the bottom for long, if they did, they'll be termed as worthless trash for everyone else to trample on.

[So what are we gonna do? We need credits to get stronger and we need to be strong to get credits, that's an annoying loop that can't be easily broken]

[I once read something somewhere, that hardwork can overcome natural talent, In that case...]

[...we will workhard and hunt beasts to get their Energy Orbs and exchange them for credits]

They soon began to discuss how they were going to solve their problem. They talked for hours before eventually coming to a conclusion, they were going to split up and meet back at the spaceship when their time to return back to Planet Grenkar was almost up.

With that, their long conversation ended.

Jayden immediately stood up when he was done with the conversation and stared at Draven.

"Now back to you. You jumped on me and almost broke my back, you should learn to know when to play and when to be serious." He crouched low and looked Draven in the eye. " Or I'm gonna ...."

Draven licked Jayden on his face and continued staring at him.

"This is hopeless." Jayden gave up on trying to scold Draven, it was obvious that the baby panther still didn't understand anything not related to battle.

"Nahshon, you said he can take on an average intermediate tier beast right?"

[Yes he can]

"I want to see what he can do first, now all I just need to do is find a lone intermediate tier beast."

[I can help with that]

[Energy Scan has been activated]

Jayden saw a message flash across his eyes before turning into a circular screen with a blue dot at the center and several red dots scattered randomly around it.

[This is one of the things the Creation Orb can do]

[It scans the surrounding with a little bit of energy and gauges the number of living beings in your area and the level of their strength]

[You're the blue dot and the red dots are hostile beasts]

"This... Isn't this cheating." Jayden literally screamed at no one in particular. Draven just kept staring at him with amusement.

"This is like a skill on its own. If memory serves, this skill costs millions of credits to get, and Lewis was lucky enough to exchange a large number of Energy Orbs to get a lesser version of it." Jayden said.

[You're lucky]

"I really am lucky." Jayden replied absentmindedly. "How far is the radius."

[It's one hundred meters]

Jayden was once again shocked and almost let out tears of joy.

"Can thing's get any better."

He began walking towards the nearest energy signatures which showed [Level 1] which probably meant it was a basic tier beast.

As soon as they reached the location, Jayden found a beast that looked like a featherless chicken. It was the size of a regular chicken and it's comb was a shiny blue.

Jayden saw Draven growling and baring his teeth at the featherless chicken like creature. They both ignored his existence and charged at each other.

Draven increased his size to his previous one meter and moved in a zig zag manner to confuse the featherless chicken, the chicken followed his movements easily and when Draven was close, it brought its beak forward with stunning speed. Draven jumped to the side to avoid the peck and with a swift swing of his paw, he bashed the featherless chickens head.

The featherless chicken showed strength and speed that wouldn't have been normal for an ordinary chicken, but it was a basic tier beast for a reason. It recovered after shaking its head twice.

Jayden noticed the claws on the featherless chicken elongating and digging into the ground. It then began to emit a red glow. Jayden could feel the subtle heat coming off it.

The  featherless chicken pushed off its feets with a new kind of speed, the claws which had given it a stable footing made it reach a new level of speed in an instant, it spread it wings apart and moved like a mini jet, Draven seeing this just side stepped the attack and let the featherless chicken crash into a tree behind him and watch it break its neck. Draven sat down and stared at the twitching featherless chicken with a tilted head.

"That.... was unexpected." Jayden said as he watched a basic tier beast commit 'suicide'.

Draven didn't really do anything in the short battle except when he bashed the  featherless chickens head with its paws. Jayden went ahead to retrieve the crystal, he tossed it up and down like a ball before giving it to Draven.

"I guess I should give this to you since you 'defeated' the beast yourself."

" The next beast will be mine. Let the hunt begin."
