Biu won the case guys, the assault allegations are proven false....
I am so happy for him...
In summary, Build countersued for false accusation.
- In the case which the another party sued for physical assault, Build fought in court until the other party withdrew the lawsuit.
- Build countersued the other party for false accusation.
- The another party confessed that the story about physically abusing was not true, and the evidence was fake.
- The court sentenced the defendant to 2 years in prison and a fine of 40,000 baht. However, since the defendant confessed, the sentence was reduced by half to 1 year in prison and a fine of 20,000 baht. Considering other factors, the prison sentence was suspended and she had to report to the probation officer.
