Aurora Black had hoped that her return to Hogwarts would mark a fresh start. After the confrontations and schemes of her earlier years, she thought that maybe just maybe things would be different this time. But it wasn't long before she realized that nothing had changed. Pansy, Daphne, Millicent,Theodore and even Draco wouldn't leave her alone. They were relentless, finding new ways to torment her at every turn.

Aurora had spent the first few months of the school year trying to avoid them, focusing on her studies and keeping her head down. She didn't want to give them any more reasons to target her. But deep down, she knew that this tactic wouldn't work forever. They were like predators, sensing any sign of weakness, and she knew they would pounce the moment they detected fear.

The days grew colder as winter descended upon the castle, bringing with it a bitter chill that seeped into every corner of Hogwarts. The Slytherin dormitories, deep within the dungeons, were particularly cold, and Aurora found herself shivering beneath her blankets each night, trying to get warm. But it wasn't just the cold that kept her awake at night it was the constant anxiety, the dread of what her so-called "roommates" might do next.

One night, as Aurora slept fitfully in her bed, her worst fears were realized. Pansy, Daphne, and Millicent crept to her bed, their steps silent as they approached. They had planned this for weeks, knowing that Aurora was a deep sleeper, hard to wake once she drifted off. They moved quickly, covering her mouth with a hand to keep her quiet as they wrapped her in a blanket, lifting her from her bed without waking her.

Aurora didn't stir as they carried her through the darkened corridors, down the staircases, and out into the freezing night air. The cold hit her like a physical blow, but still, she didn't wake. They carried her to the edge of the lake, its surface frozen solid, and laid her down on the icy ground. Then, with a final glance at one another, they left her there, alone in the darkness.

When Aurora finally awoke, it was to the blinding light of the morning sun reflecting off the snow. She blinked against the brightness, trying to make sense of her surroundings. The cold was unbearable, seeping into her bones, and she realized with a start that she was lying on the frozen ground, completely naked. Her heart raced as the memories of the previous night came flooding back being dragged from her bed, the cold, the silence. She scrambled to her feet, shivering violently, and wrapped her arms around herself in a desperate attempt to get warm.

The realization of what had happened hit her like a punch to the gut. They had left her out here to freeze, to humiliate her in the most degrading way possible. Tears stung her eyes, but she refused to let them fall. She couldn't afford to be weak not now, not ever. She had to strike back.

Aurora made her way back to the castle, her mind racing with thoughts of revenge. She didn't know how she would do it, but she knew she couldn't let this go. They had crossed a line, and she was going to make them pay. But she couldn't act on impulse no, this required careful planning, something that would hit them where it hurt the most.

Over the next few days, Aurora kept to herself, plotting her revenge. She needed something that would be cruel enough to send a message, something that would make them think twice before ever crossing her again. Finally, after much deliberation, she came up with the perfect plan.

One evening, after dinner, Aurora slipped away from the Slytherin common room and made her way to the kitchens. She had overheard Daphne and Millicent talking about a special dessert that was being prepared for an upcoming event a chocolate mousse cake that was said to be the best in the wizarding world. It was their favorite, something they had been looking forward to for weeks.

Aurora's plan was simple but effective. She charmed the house-elves into letting her help with the preparation, making sure that she was the one who added the final ingredient. Instead of the sweet chocolate syrup that was supposed to top the cake, she added a concoction of her own a potion she had brewed in secret, designed to cause intense itching and swelling, something that would last for hours.

The next day, at the event, Aurora watched from a distance as Daphne, Millicent, and Pansy eagerly dug into the dessert. She could hardly contain her satisfaction as she saw them begin to scratch at their arms, their faces twisting in discomfort. Within minutes, their skin turned bright red, and they were scratching themselves raw, much to the horror of those around them.

The swelling followed soon after, their faces puffing up like balloons, their eyes nearly swollen shut. The entire hall was in an uproar, students laughing and pointing as the three girls were quickly escorted to the hospital wing. Aurora couldn't help but smirk as she watched them go, knowing that they had no idea who had done this to them. They had been humiliated in front of the entire school, just as they had humiliated her.

But it wasn't over yet.

Aurora knew that Snape would eventually find out about the incident he had a way of uncovering even the most well-hidden secrets. She didn't care. She was ready to face whatever consequences came her way, because for the first time, she felt in control. She had struck back, and it felt good.

The next morning, as Aurora made her way to Potions class, she wasn't surprised when Snape summoned her to his office. His expression was unreadable as he gestured for her to sit down, his dark eyes boring into hers.

"I know what you did, Black," he said, his voice low and dangerous. "And while I admire your cunning, I cannot let this go unpunished."

Aurora met his gaze, unflinching. "I understand, Professor."

"You will serve detention with me every evening for the next month," Snape continued, his tone leaving no room for argument. "And you will write a letter of apology to your fellow students."

Aurora nodded, though she had no intention of apologizing for what she had done. As she left Snape's office, she couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction. She had faced her tormentors and come out on top, even if it had cost her a month's worth of detentions.

But more than that, she had sent a message a message that she was not someone to be trifled with. They might continue to target her, might even find new ways to torment her, but they would never forget what she had done. And neither would she.

As Aurora walked through the corridors, her head held high, she knew that the battle was far from over. But she was ready for whatever came next. She was a Black, after all, and she would survive no matter what it took.
