Alexandria

You was walking the street alone, it had been a few days after you and Daryl finally went the whole way, you smiled thinking about it, he was so rough and tuff with everyone but when it came to you he was a completely different person he wanted you to have everything so he tried his best to make it happen

"Lyric" you turned at the sound of your name, you smiled once you seen Deanna "hey Deanna you okay" "yes I'm okay, I need your help" you nodded "there is a run today, I need you to go please, I seen the way you handled aiden, I seen how they was with other people in your group I need to know they do there job properly and not dangerously, you said you trained I thought you was the best person for the job" "oh yeah of course yeah I'll do that, when they going" "there by the gates ready to leave" you was hesitant to leave as you had no time to talk to Rick or Daryl " tell Rick I'll be gone will you and if you see Daryl" she nodded back " of course I can" you smiled and made your way to the vans "come on lads let's go" aiden snapped his head to you " what the fuck are you doing here" you smiled "oh your mum told me to come, keep an eye on things and all yanno" you winked his way winding him up jumping in the car just as it started to drive away

On a run

It all went to shit quicker than you could blink walkers where everywhere an explosion happened popping your ears blood dripping from your head as you stood up climbing out from under a shelf "someone find lyric I'm not having Rick and Daryl kill me" Glenn screamed "Glenn I'm here" you rushed over to him stopping when you seen how aiden was, spiked through multiple areas of his body stuck and crying "please help me" Nicholas was stood frozen before going to aiden " I'm so sorry but I can't" he quickly left gunning away "hey get back here" you screamed after him " quick we need to help him"

You and Glenn tried your hardest to get thim off but it wasn't working in the end the room was covered in walkers you needed to leave running hearing Aidens screams you cringed, yourself Glenn and Noah was stuck in one side of the spin doors while Nicholas was on the other side, we tried sorting it so we'd all get out safe but Nicholas had other ideas and ruined it, getting Noah dragged and killed blood splatting on yourself and Glenn , Nicholas had ran so you both chased him Glenn landing a pretty decent left hook on him

The ride home was silent, Eugene was driving with Tara passed out in the back, you was in the front Glenn and Nicholas squeezed next to Tara, tears staining your face as you thought of Noah, you couldn't wait to go home shower and hug Daryl till you slept,
You all got home you was all told that tomorrow we would be talked to and right now Deannas family needed time to themselves.

Alexandria

It was the next morning everyone but you had been in to tell there side of the story "come in lyric" you followed and Deanna started "iv had to different story's from your people and Nicholas I now need you to tell me what happened" you nodded and went on to tell the story, every last detail down to the nitty gritty you mentioned "I can tell what Glenn had said was the truth" Deanna spoke "it is, Nicholas didn't trust us, he couldn't stay he was to scared, last time they came back from runs the tension was due to them being shit out there, we lived out there for years sometimes no shelter, no food no water just the dead, they don't know what there doing, any of them" Deanna nodded "I tried to save your son I really did but myself and Glenn was not strong enough to lift him off without Nicholas as Noah was on watch and when Nicholas left we still needed someone on watch, he left your son , he's the reason he is dead and he's the reason Noah is dead" you spoke seriously "I'm very glad I got you to go with them lyric, your a strong incredible woman, I trust what you are saying I will handle Nicholas and I'm very sorry for your friend" you nodded and smiled slightly getting up and leaving Deanna alone.

Walking back home it was now dark and you heard Carol and Rick talking  overhearing there conversation and what they was on about, you had no problem with jessie not knowing why she gives you looks all the time, but no one deserves to be beat up, flash backs from my past with my dad came through my mind, you didn't realise you was stood in the middle of the front room staring into space until a voice spoke to you "are you okay baby" you looked at Daryl and nodded running to hug him "I just need a hug, can I tell you something about my past and you can't judge" he nodded looking at you " my father he um used to beat me, really bad black and blue even got to the point he was scaring up my back" Daryl's eyes looked at you "I know, I seen that time in the tent" he turned round showing his back, only just then you realised his looked the same and you hadn't noticed before because you'd never seen or touched it "what" "my father used to beat me to nasty drunk, got worse when Merle left" a tear fell down your cheek

" I'm sorry you had to go through that, my mother died and it got bad, that's when I met Rick, he was my escape to the world at home really my bestfriend, he took my virginity did you know that" you asked with a chuckle " I hope it doesn't make you uncomfortable, I see him more of a brother now and to even think we had sex once makes me want to throw up" Daryl now laughed along  "but I'm glad i met him, I left without a word one day, I didn't have time to say goodbye I seen an opportunity and I took it, when I found Rick and we finally spoke again at the farm he said he thought my dad had killed me but I left I got out I lived rough for a while but it was all worth it" you guys basically talked about your past all night until you fell asleep curled up on the sofa together.
