The guilt from sleeping with Negan was raking through your body like no tomorrow, you was doing it to protect the kids, you loved Rick and Daryl but those kids were your everything, you knew Negan or his men had killed teenage boys before so you couldn't risk it.
He wasn't awful he was actually very good at what he does and he was very respectful but that doesn't change what he's done to your family, he was in a meeting with Dwight and others and you decided it was time to find where Daryl was, you walked the empty halls, echos of feet shuffled down the hall as you stopped what you was doing scared to be caught by one of Negans men only the person to turn the corner was sherry Dwight's wife, "fuck you scared me lyric" you looked at her " I scared you, you scared me more like" she chuckled "are you looking for Daryl's cell" you nodded looking at her "down this corridor turn left then right he's the one with the red paint on it, the men have just left for lunch so be quick" before you could think you pulled her into a hug " thank you"
You rushed off to find the cell comming to it you breathed in and out before slowly opening the door, the room was cold as the air brushed past you the darkness inside was scary, no bed no chair nothing but Daryl curled in the corner not bothering to look up at who it was "dar" you whispered out his head snapped towards your soft voice, he got up ran to you and squeezed you in a hug " oh iv missed you" he cried into your chest as he cuddled you " dar I missed you to but we don't have much time you need to get out of here" "what no! not without you" he begged infront of you, you looked down tears in your eyes " I can't come, I need to stay and figure his next moves out and you need to go and help get ready for this big war and look after my babies" tears streamed down your face "and until all this is over we.....um..we..can't be together" you looked at the hurt in his face as you spoke "what...why" you looked away walking back from him
" I need to do somethings to gain his trust, I need to play the part dar, I don't want to hurt you" he looked at you tears on his cheeks but an angry look on his face " your fucking him" your heart broke " dar, I'm doing this to protect people" he scoffed "I don't want to be here as much as you don't but i can get shit done out there, you can't being stuck in here, you need to leave don't go Alexandria though, you need to get ready, Im not expecting for you to wait for me knowing I'm sleeping with someone else but know it's not because I don't love you it's because I love you I need to do this. all he done was look at you not replying you knew he was angry and you couldn't blame him, a knock at the door startled you both, "lyric your gunna want to hurry up and get back to the room meetings over in 5 minuets and Negan will be back, I'll help Daryl get out" you nodded "okay okay" you walked to the man you love as your heart broke " I love you dar please believe me, look after yourself stay safe" you kissed his cheeks and waited for him to reply but he didn't so you nodded and walked away trying to get rid of the tears before you seen Negan again
You was sat in the wife's room, he still had the others to do general things but he hadn't slept with any since you did last night which was good, you might not like the man but you was not going to be fucking some man with other girls juices all over him. You was sat a book on your lap as you stared out the window when Negan walked in "where is he" Negan stormed over to you grabbing your arm "what, Negan get off I don't know what your on about" he slammed you on the floor " Daryl dammit where is he" "negan I don't know what your going on about I don't know where you keep him I know nothing, and if you haven't figured out that we aren't together anymore then your stupid" he glared at you "what you think I'm sleepign with you just for a deal" his face turned confused, you needed to convince him that you like him more " oh come on Negan, tell me you didn't feel what I felt last night and I'll understand I'm just your toy but to me it was a lot more" he looked around the room making sure no one else was there before walking up to you
He grabbed your face with one hand making you look at him "you have no idea where Daryl is" your big doe like eyes came into play "no sir I promise" his eyes darken as you speak the few words "your no longer with the red neck" anger burned through you as he spoke about Daryl that way but you couldn't show it, you raked your hands up his chest "well I couldn't exactly call it off officially but I'm sure once he sees me on your arm he will soon know, I knew he wasn't happy about our kiss the other day" you seductively spoke to him pulling him closer "iv never done the relationship thing, with any of my wife's" you chuckled "do I look like just anyone of your wife's" his turn to laugh "ab..so..lutely not.." he pulled you into a heated kiss, which wasn't bad but only Daryl was on your mind, the way he looked at you but you pushed that aside so Negan would never tell.
