The Art of the Silent Fist

After getting away from the city, we had made it to the forest where Misako and Garmadon reside in. We got to work on hiding our vehicles with tree branches. Not the most effective method but it'll have to do. Cole used actual trees to hide his mech. I walk over to him and Lloyd walks next to me as he does too. "Aah~ this is a perfect place to lay low. No robots, no cameras, no problems." Lloyd says. "You may be the Golden Ninja, but you're not immune to cruel irony." I tell him. He smiles at me and gently shoves me. I giggle at that, I missed our sibling bond. "Still, if any arial drones pass overhead, you better wear this." I look back at Nya and see her toss something and Lloyd catches it. "It will scramble their signal so they can't find you." She says.

Lloyd then uses Spinjitzu and changes into a green Gi that matches mine and the guys'. I smile at the memory of him when he first wore his first Gi when he was still a kid. "Green still suits you, huh?" I say. He chuckles as he looks at himself. "Yeah, this is sweet." He says. I then look pass him and smile as Misako appears. "Lloyd?" She says then drops a basket and runs to Lloyd. "Mom?" Lloyd smiles and turns around to see his mother. The two hug and I step back little to give them a moment. The love she has for Lloyd is immeasurable. Though, it was still wrong of her to leave and not contact him for years, but better not to ruin the moment. "What are you all doing here?" She asks us. "The Overlord's back and New Ninjago City has fallen under his control. He has Sensei Wu." Lloyd explains, looking away at the mention of Wu. I feel his worry with my powers and I cross my arms as I too worry about him. "Wu's tough. There's a reason he's lived as long as he has." Misako states.

"Well, where's Dad?" I look up as I hear mention of Garmadon. "Yeah, where is Lord Garmadon?" Kai, I will smack you in the face if you don't improve your tone. "He no longer goes by Lord. Here, he is Sensei Garmadon. And he won't be back until this evening's lesson." She answers. "Uh, did you just say Sensei Garmadon?" Jay questions in disbelief. I roll my eyes at that, he may have been our enemy but he's all good now. "I'm glad he's on our side now. With Sensei Wu gone, we could use the help." Zane states. "Come in, but your weapons are not allowed." Misako says as we all start following her. "Ever since Lloyd saved his father, Garmadon's sworn an oath to never fight in hope to make up for his evil past. It's an oath he takes very seriously." Misako tells us. I lean over to Cole, "I give him until the end of the week." I tell him. I hear him chuckle but say nothing as he, I and the rest of the guys stop as we equip the blades and star.

"But we were supposed to protect these with our lives." Kai starts. "And never let them out of our sight." Jay adds. "You guys go on ahead, I will stay back and watch over them." Zane offers. "Ha, ha! Yeah!" "Thanks, Zane. "That's awesome!" "You're the best." "See you." The guys say to Zane and give him their blades then continue following Misako. I gave them an annoyed glare but hear a sigh and look over at Zane to find him with a frown. I walk over to him and take the blades and put them on the ground. "Hey, I can stay behind to watch over the Techno Blades and Star. I can put up a shield so that it'll make them extra safe." I offer. Zane looks at me and shakes his head, "No. You have already done enough. You deserve a break." He says. I look down at the ground to think then close my eyes as I sigh. "Okay, but I will be checking in once in while just to be safe. You're like a brother to me." I give in, as I open my eyes to look at him, but not without establishing conditions. And letting him know I care. He smiles at me and nods his head. I give him the Techno Star then jog to catch up with the others. I turn around to jog backwards as I give him a wave. He waves back and I turn around.

Third Person P.O.V.

The group then arrives to a small village surrounded by a wall with a multi-story monastery at the end of it with a tall waterfall behind it. They enter through the gates and see some kids playing with a ball. "Pass the ball to me." "Yeah!" One of the kids kicks the ball away and it ends up being caught and picked up by Kai. The kids gasp and hurry over to them. "Ah, at least there's some places left in this world I'm still considered cool." Cole says as Kai spins the ball on his hand. However, the kids pass him, Kai and Jay, and they all look to see the kids surround Lloyd and (Y/N). "Oh, wow!" "It's the Green Ninja." "And the Purple Ninja." The kids wow. Lloyd smiles at them while (Y/N) was surprised at first but calms down and smiles at them as well. "Nope, still totally lame." Jay teases Cole as they and Kai walk over. Kai tossing the ball away as they walk over to the group.
