Ninja Roll

It was not easy, but we had to move forward. When I was in my room, I immediately checked on Cole. I closed my eyes and saw him, but his powers were already taken. Overall, he was fine and I sighed in relief. I sent him reassurance that everything will be okay, and he sent something back. It was warm and... nice. I smiled from it. Wait... What? Okay, shaking my head and getting back into the game. He's alright, he can handle himself and he can find Zane. All with that attractive smile-ATTRACTIVE?!? WHY DID I THINK THAT?!? (I don't know~~~~~ 👀)

I slap myself in face. "Ow." I groan. "Uuuuuh, you okay, (Y/N)?" I look to see Jay and remember I am not alone. (Unikitty voice: Embarrassing~) I place my hand on my lap. "Yeah! Yes. Just thinking." I respond. Currently, we are all in another building that resembles a dojo to watch another fight. Kai is not here yet so it is only just Lloyd, I, Garmadon and Jay with the other remaining Elemental Masters. And, of course, Chen with Clouse and some other goons. "Skylor, Master of Amber, versus Jacob, Master of Sound." Chen announces. So, finally have a name to the power that woman holds. "Fight. Fight!" Chen orders. I blink and my vision changes to see their auras. I see waves of sound emit from Jacob's sitar and assume that he is blind. Oh, echolocation. Or something like that. I focus Skylor's focus and she aims with her spear at the vases behind Jacob, her aura orange but looking ready to change at any moment.

"Eenie, meenie, minie, mo, catch a Jade Blade by its toe!" Instead, she tossed it at a vase to the right. She rushed over and acquired the bow and arrows hidden in it. Jacob strums his sitar and I see how it sends out a wave on the floor. Oooh. Skylor shoots an arrow from behind him but Jacob dodges it. He continues to dodge shots and even jumps onto one. He strums a loud cord and I watch his aura shine brighter as strong waves are sent at Skylor. She covers her ears and moves away as a vase behind her shatters. Impressive.

"The Master of Sound's gotten stronger since the last time I saw him." I hear Garmadon say. I keep watching the fight as Jacob tries to find Skylor. However, Skylor sneaks up behind him and taps his back, moving to hide when Jacob looks back. Her aura changed as it became a teal color before shifting back to orange. Huh. That happened when she helped Kai up. Wait... I feel Kai is here and look over to see him make his way to us. I summon my powers to form a platform for him to walk on so he would not step on the other masters' toes. "Excuse me. Excuse me. Uh don't mean to block the view. Just passing through." He apologizes then finally makes it to us as he sits next to Jay.

I make the platform vanish while also feeling the other masters' curiosity at the board that protected their feet. "Sorry, all these temples look the same. Did I miss anything?" Kai says. I focus back on the fight, hearing Jay scoff. "By the looks of it, nope." He says. "Also, maybe it's not a good idea to be sitting together. I mean, the more they think we're a team, the bigger targets we put on ourselves." Jay also says. I feel his worry and also Lloyd's reluctance. "Don't say that, we are a team. Sure we lost Cole and still can't find Zane, but we're a team. Just smaller. All the more reason to stick together." Lloyd says. I sigh as I close my eyes, "Until Chen forces us apart." I say out loud. Opening my eyes to look at Lloyd. Man, this is the longest my Aura Vision, which is what I am calling it, has lasted. I see Lloyd's aura whittle a little from what I said. (Poor boy. 🥺)

"But he won't. We can-" "Lloyd, I understand. Believe me, I don't want to lose anyone else. But we haven't loss Cole because we know he is alive and is most likely forced to work in the noodle factory below." I interrupt him. I look down at my hands and see the light purple whisps and star dust-like substance emit from them. "But Chen knows how to play others, put them against each other. We can't risk losing too much." I state, seeing my aura shake a little violently before I calm myself and it smooths out. (Know what cards are in the deck and how to play them. 🃏 )
