Good new is we got the scroll and can now learn Airjitzu. Bad news is Cole has become a ghost and he has been feeling down about it. We head back to the tea shop and reunited with Wu, Misako and Nya. And Ronin. Also learned about how Nya is training to become the Water Ninja. So that's what I have been feeling from her. Elemental power. We took off in the Bounty as we get to catching up with Morro whole Misako works on deciphering the next symbol.

Now, currently Kai is trying to grab the flag hanging at the highest point of the ship with Airjitzu. He tries again and again but manages to only get close to grabbing it. "Aww, just short. Like your temper, Kai." Ronin says. I look up at him and giving him a narrow look with my hands on my hips. "How about less talking from you, Ronin." I tell him. He shrugs and I scoff. Why is he here again? (I don't know. 🤷‍♀️) "Let me try. I'm for sure a better Airjitzu'er than you, Kai." Jay says. "Oh, yeah? And when did that happen?" Kai asks. "Like now!" Jay says then performs Airjitzu, but came short and lands on his back. "Oh, yeah, that was better than me." Kai says sarcastically. "It... it was." Jay argues. I roll my eyes, "It really wasn't." I state. "That wasn't Airjitzu, that was Fail-itzu." Robin says. I sigh. Again, why is he here?

"Or Stupid-itzu." Kai complains. I give him a look, "Hey, Spinjitzu wasn't easy for us to pick up when we started training to be masters of it." I tell him. "To master the powers of Airjitzu, we must uplift, not put each other down, Ronin." Wu says as he joins the guys and I. "You close shop for a week, you gotta let me have some fun. Aren't nindroids supposed to be precise?" Ronin says, munching on an apple. I cross my arms and not say something inappropriate at Ronin. Even though I REALLY want to. (We all had that urge.) "These new suits are heavy. Why can't we just use our old ones?" Kai asks. I look at the armor that was added to our Gis. It's not that heavy. Is it? "These are embedded with Deepstone. They will protect you from being possessed." Wu explains.

Jay stands up, "Yeah, well, maybe the name 'Airjitzu' isn't uplifting enough. Maybe we need something more inspiring, like... Cyclondo!" He says. He does Airjitzu again and manages to go over the flag. However, he lands on his feet this time. He laughs, "Cyclondo!" He says. He takes a bite out of Ronin's apple. Ew. "I'm not calling it that." I state. I close my eyes and inhale slowly, focus... uplift. I snap my eyes open and do Airjitzu. I fly up towards the flag and once it wears off, I snatch the flag. I fall and land on my feet. I hold up the flag and smile, "I win." I state. (Heh. 😏)

But then I feel Cole's despair. I frown and walk off, letting the flag fall to the ground. "Where are you going?" I hear Kai ask. "To take a break." I reply. I enter my room, closing the door behind me then I lean back and sigh. It has been a hectic few days. I want to help Cole, but I don't know what to say right now. That and I'm still spooked by the memory of him disappearing. I walk over to a desk and pull out a drawer, taking out some parchment, brush and ink. I sit in a chair and lay the materials on a table. I take deep breath then dip the brush in the ink and get to drawing. It helps me relax.

Cole's P.O.V.

Great. Just great. How can I be a ninja if I'm a ghost? "Don't feel like training?" I hear Nya ask. "In case you haven't heard, I'm a ghost. And don't tell me we can fix this, cause we can't. This is just... who I am now." I tell her. I reach out for a cup, but my hand goes right through it. I can't even pick up a cup. I lay back on my bed. "I don't feel anything anymore." I close my eyes. The memory of when (Y/N) held the scroll plays in my mind. I won't be able to hug her anymore. (Poor thing. 🥺) "Sensei told us our paths in life are never a straight line." I open my eyes when she says that. "Take me for instance, I thought I was always destined to be Samurai X, but now I'm training to become the Water Ninja, no matter how horribly awful I am at that. All I know is, ninja never quit." She says, jumping onto the bed.
