CHAPTER THIRTEEN! . *. ⋆THE FIRST MEETING ⋆ . * .

austin felt like he was going to die. he didn't know if he was completely red or if all the blood in his body was gone. the world was spinning, or so he thought. he couldn't feel his breathing.
he stopped breathing when out of nowhere, halfway through, he felt arms around his neck and a body pressed against him.
camille was hugging him. he wasn't dreaming, he wasn't lying either. she was hugging him.
the first thing he did was hug her around the waist tightly, without going overboard. she smelled like vanilla and flowers. austin couldn't think straight. after months of seeing her only on the screen, he had her in his arms. he still didn't understand why.
he would have liked to keep holding her, but not everything is forever. when camille's arms untangled themselves from his neck, and his had to untangle themselves from her waist, he felt cold.
"hi!" camille was the first to speak. her tone excited and happy but austin could tell the tiredness in her voice.
"hi..." austin said, but calmer. he had lost himself in the blue eyes in front of him, or well, a few inches below.
"god, it's nice to finally meet you. how are you? how was your flight?" she asked without taking the smile off her face.
"good..." austin finally reacted "uhm, good! all right. how was yours?"
"it was hell! they delayed it and we had to wait and then they changed our gate to the other side of the fucking airport, we literally had to run and almost missed the flight" she explained, her annoyed expressions clear on her face.
"that's why you guys were late" austin thought aloud.
"yeah... we wanted to give a heads up but we got distracted buying coffee and messing around in the duty free" she said with a grin
"duty free can be a very big obstacle" austin said jokingly.
"right? we never buy anything but it's fun to walk around and see what's there"
she has the most beautiful smile, austin thought
"ooh! wanna say hi to my vlog?" she asked excitedly. that's when austin noticed the small camera dangling from her wrist.
"oh, uhm, yeah sure" he said awkwardly. austin has never been on anyone's vlog, much less the vlog of someone who has nearly ten million youtube subscribers.
