not dropping this story though, just waiting off the lull.

comment and vote.

"Princess?"

YN's eyes widened. She stumbled back, then collapsed on the little concrete path that led to the house, laughing harder than she had ever laughed before. Jin Jang that crazy fucking bastard. He had definitely won this round. She wondered how he had ever even gotten the audacity to send her here. She was more shocked than angry. If Jin could pull a move this ballsy, he kinda deserved the win.

Gun looked down at her, eyebrows raised, as she rolled on the floor laughing. In one hand he held an onion, and in the other a knife. He didn't seem to know how to react. Goo came over peering over his shoulder, wearing a bright pink apron.

"Ah! Hi there! What are you doing here?"

She was laughing so hard she couldn't breathe. I'm definitely getting fucking killed. She could very easily remember Gun's fingers around her throat the last time she had seen him. (ch. 49. Zack (A)Lee)

Her phone buzzed with the gamepigeon. Jin Jang had captured the one going to the end of the board instead of the six open pieces.

Jin: your move 🔫

"Ahhh, I'm so sorry," YN said through lingering giggles, wiping away tears of mirth. "It was supposed to be a ding dong ditch. I'll be out of your hair now."

Gun looked unimpressed but slightly amused as she turned to leave. Goo stepped forward and hooked the handle of his serving spoon in the back of her shirt.

"Ah nonsense. You just wanted to spend time with me, I can tell. Come eat with us." He flung his arm around her shoulder, reeling her into the house. Into the lion's den. She briefly made eye contact with Gun as Goo shoved her across the threshold of the house. He had tilted his head, not stopping Goo, but questioning.

Valid. She didn't even know what she was doing here. But this move had just been so damn smart of Jin, she couldn't even think about it. It was uncharacteristically smart. She couldn't believe Jin had thought of it.

Every inch of her skin prickled with the fear washing over her with Gun so nearby. But the emotional ordeal with Olly had left her so exhausted it hardly even mattered. What was she going to do, take both Gun and Goo and run out? I'd just die lowkey. Especially with that. YN eyed the big spoon Goo was twirling in his fingers as he dragged her along. Weapons genius.

"Here here here." Goo grabbed a bowl and expertly ladled a serving into it. "We already ate, but take your time, Gun needs to get through all of those onions–"

"Princess."

It was as if all air was sucked out of the room as she turned to face Gun who had addressed her.

A small smirk cracked on his lips as he sensed her fear. Because he can sense the X-FLSIH and I didn't take a suppression pill. He didn't stab her or anything with the small knife in his hand though.

Instead he dragged a nearby stool close to his own and patted it slowly. "Come sit."

YN glanced at Goo who shrugged and took his arm off her shoulder. Gun waited patiently, steadily peeling onions. So YN obeyed, because what else was she supposed to do, and sat next to him. Their knees were almost touching and she was trying very hard not to care, but the proximity was sending flourishes of X-FLSIH from her kneecaps.
