Shoto's heart fluttered at the return of the terms of endearment, having missed them. It only made him happier that you weren't calling anyone else such things, only him. He finally had something reserved just for him.
"Making sure you don't freeze yourself," he shrugged, closing the door behind him.
He crouched down in front of you, inspecting your face.
Your lips were deeper in colour, eyes lidded with exhaustion. On top of that, you were shivering, your breathing ragged. Shoto glanced at Midoriya's hospital bed behind him, where a bubble surrounded him. Using your quirk, as well as the air conditioning in the room, wasn't doing your naturally low body temperature any favours.
