All of you ran up the stairs, flight after flight, panting as you finally reached the thirtieth floor.
"Wait, Melissa," Midoriya breathed out. "How high does it go?"
"Two hundredth floor," she informed.
"What?!"
"That's way too many stairs!"
"But it's still better than running into the villains."
"Momo's right, let's keep at it."
And so, you continued, until you reached the seventieth floor. A huge iron wall blocked the way, causing all of you to stop in your tracks, surprised.
"Should we break through it?" Todoroki asked.
"If we break through it, I'm sure the security systems would alert the villains that someone's in here!" Melissa panted.
"Then why don't we go through this door instead?" Mineta suggested, pulling the handle.
"Mineta!"
"No, don't!"
An alarm rang, and all of you ran out of the area, desperately trying to find another staircase. According to Melissa, there was another emergency exit at the end of the hallway. Suddenly, gates starting closing off the hallway, trapping all of you.
"Shoto!" You pushed.
"On it!" He nodded, already creating a wall of ice.
The ice stopped the last gate from shutting your way out, allowing Iida to run through. Using his quirk, he kicked down a wall, creating an entry towards another room for all of you. Everyone escaped through the opening and into the other room, finding yourselves in a plant factory.
"Hold on!" Jirou insisted, stopping everyone from running further. "Look, the elevator's coming up!"
"Don't tell me...!" Mineta whined.
"The villains found us," you grit out.
"We should hide and let them pass," Midoriya decided, pushing everyone behind a bush.
"I wonder if we can use that elevator to get to the top," Kaminari mused.
"No, only authorised people can use the controls unfortunately," Melissa sighed. "And it's built like a bomb shelter so we can't even break in and try!"
"Of course we can't go the easy way...!" Mineta cursed.
You watched as the villains walked out, clearly muttering about finding you and your classmates. The scoured the entire area before stopping right in front of the bush you were hiding behind.
"Hey, we see you, you stupid kids!" One announced.
"It's a bluff," you whispered.
"What'd you say, you bastard?!"
"Kacchan...?" Midoriya blinked. "And Kirishima too....!"
"What're you doing here?" The villain glared.
"That's what I wanna know too," Bakugou snarled.
"Hey, just leave this to me," Kirishima smiled, patting Bakugou's shoulder. "Um... we kinda got lost looking for the party, can you maybe point us in the right direction?"
"What idiot comes to the eightieth floor looking for the reception?!" Mineta hissed.
"Someone smarter than the idiot who insults Bakugou," you mumbled. "He'll have your head once this is all over."
