How dare you! A furious voice fired a Thunder at his fleeing opponent.

As a Sword of Justice, it's my mission, Force of Nature, the bulky brown Pokémon dodged. He continued his dash through the rugged mountains.

The Reveal Glass belongs to the Forces of Nature, not the Swords of Justice! The Electric-type fired Dark Pulse.

Not anymore! The Fighting-type Pokémon spun around to face his opponent. It revealed a glowing sword-like horn that formed at the top of its head. The Rock-type slashed through the Dark Pulse, eliminating the attack. Terrakion burst out of the cloud of smoke, attempting his escape.

A relentless Thundurus blasted everything in its path during the chase. You cannot guard the Reveal Glass! Thundurus argued.

Terrakion protested, It's not safe with you!

You fool! The Force of Nature clapped its hands to unleash a wind. His target picked up the pace, bashing through the boulders in its way.

Terrakion looked back, recognizing that Thundurus would not surrender the pursuit unless Terrakion did something. You give me no choice! the heavy Pokémon used Sacred Sword on a cliff they ran under. Its attack sliced through it. An alarmed Thundurus looked up, but it was too late. It raised its arms to shield itself, but it proved futile. The chunk of land buried the Pokémon. Terrakion lamented its fate, I'm sorry. The Sword of Justice took the opportunity to escape.

Thundurus stuck its arm through the rubble. Terrakion, Thundurus groaned, helplessly reaching for nothing. Its arm fell in defeat.

I'll send you to oblivion! The fearsome shadow fired a dark beam at Roxas.

"Watch out!" Ash shouted.

Roxas remained where he stood, using Aura Sphere to counter the attack. When the smoke dispersed, Roxas glared at the shadow. "That all you got?" the trainer taunted it.

The shadow cackled, No. That's when the shadow burst, revealing itself as a Darkrai. The Dark-type hovered with a threatening gaze.

"A Darkrai!" Ash gasped.

"Is it responsible for everything we saw?" May gritted her teeth.

Hilbert frowned, "It must've been."

Hilda added, "That would make sense."

Darkrai addressed them, Yes, on behalf of my master. Their end was a mercy. The horrors that await are worse than death itself.

Ash snapped at Darkrai, "They might not be good people, but you have no right to decide who lives and dies!"

"We can't bring them back, but we'll make it right. Mark my words," May confronted it.

"Pika pikachu!" Pikachu backed up his friends. His cheeks sparked in anger.

"Tini vi!" Victini's flame outlined its body. Roxas looked at Ash and May. The trainer thought back to his action against Phantom. The pirate was another name added to his list, but he wasn't proud of the deed. Roxas lowered his head in silence.

Darkrai raised its arms. It's not so black and white. You will understand soon enough. Darkrai fired a Shadow Ball into the air. When it burst, the room got swallowed in darkness. Even the floor they stood on was a blanket of shadow. Cackling shadows pulled themselves out of the floor to taunt the heroes. Their maniacal laughs filled the room with chills. You shall suffer first, Darkrai pointed at Roxas.
