Jhune's POV

I was jolted awake from a deep sleep when I felt warmth on my cheek.

I didn’t remember opening the window before going to bed. I frowned and shifted to my side.

Something felt off—the bed seemed smaller, tighter. Irritated, I opened my eyes, only to be greeted by the sight of someone sleeping next to me.

Holy shit!

My eyes widened, and I almost went cross-eyed from how close our faces were. What the hell! Why is he here?!

In a panic, I shot up, cursing as sharp pain radiated through my lower back from that sudden movement.

My face drained of color as the blanket slipped, exposing my nakedness. Only when I glanced back at Zack, who was asleep, did the reality of what had happened between us hit me.

I ran my hands through my face, cursing my stupidity. Though my memories were fuzzy, fragments from the past few days started playing in my mind.

I bit my lip, realizing I was indeed in Zack’s room—and I had no idea how I ended up here.

A sinking feeling of hopelessness washed over me. I wanted to believe it was just a dream, a figment of my imagination. But no, this was real. It had actually happened.

Stupid! What the hell were you thinking, Jhune? Have you completely lost your mind?!

If only I had recognized the signs earlier—that what I was feeling was the start of my heat—I could have locked myself away, and none of this would have happened. But no, I’d been too complacent, too confident.

I slipped out of bed carefully, every movement deliberate to avoid waking him. I silently cursed again as the pain flared with each step.

My back ached, my waist hurts, my chest felt swollen, and I didn’t even need to look to know if I was covered in marks and bites, judging by how sore my entire body felt.

I had barely taken a few steps when my knees nearly buckled beneath me. I staggered but managed to catch myself just in time.

Grimacing, I clutched my stomach. A wave of discomfort hit me. Glancing around, I noticed something else—no used condoms. Of course. That bastard didn’t use any!

It must be the reason why I felt uncomfortable.

I wished I could just slip away, retreat to my room, lock the door, and hope the ground would swallow me whole to save me from this embarrassment.

But even if I wanted to, my body wouldn’t cooperate. I doubted I’d even make it to my room in this state. Zack’s bathroom was the closest option. Once I dealt with… this, I’d figure out how to handle the rest.

I bit down hard on the inside of my cheek, forcing myself to suppress the pain and discomfort.

Once I made it to the bathroom, I immediately headed for the shower, exhaling softly as the cold water cascaded over me.

I bent over slightly, positioning my hand at my backside. A sharp gasp escaped me as I slid a finger inside.

I bit my lower lip, bracing myself against the shower wall with one hand while continuing. After a few moments, I felt a warm liquid begin to flow out.

Although some of it came out, I still felt uncomfortably full. I needed to get rid of it all.

Fuck, I felt like I was about to be sick. Damn it! I felt like I’d been wrecked!
