Alanis had been commissioned to film a music video. Two months had passed since she started working for Albino Sports and it was not difficult to descry her joy for the job.
Maeve had her ear talked off about what her roommate had the honour of shooting. The girl on the other hand couldn't help but suspire the kind of enthusiasm unfolding because of the chance to work with her passion.
Since Alanis' project required her to travel to the neighbouring country, Belgium, Maeve was forced to accompany her. It was gladly appreciated by the full-time university student with a pile of papers higher than her self-esteem. She needed time away, following Alanis was the perfect opportunity.
They had been in Belgium countless times. It was the closest place to escape to, and a beautiful one as well. Additionally, Nathan lived there. He had never invited her, only visiting Maeve in Amsterdam when he had the contingency, but to her it meant something. She used to be upset about his nonchalance, her views changed as time went on.
