Ysabel's POV

After going to our quarters by myself, Cassandra went to tend to her baby boy, Storm. She abandoned me. As soon as I arrived, I promptly took a seat on the lone comfortable chair and crossed my legs. I delicately twirled the end of my hair while looking at Dylan, who was currently speaking in front of us, Klenn, Lin, and Kyle.

"Don't you remember anything?" Dylan asked.

"Pardon?" I furrowed my brow, not understanding what he was saying. "What were you talking about?"

Dylan sighed. He looked at me with annoyance and said, "Ysabel, are you not listening?"

"How would I know what you're talking about? I just arrived, FOR YOUR INFO," I said irritably while arching my left brow.

"Psh! Almost a year ago, we were given a task in Yseria Kingdom. There was a cursed person there. Her awakening was so strong that she ended up killing her own parents without her knowledge."

"Excuse me," Kyle quickly interjected, as if he had just arrived here with me and hurriedly left. What's his problem?

"Wait. The girl in the—" I couldn't finish my sentence when he abruptly interrupted me.

"Yeah. She is. And her name was EVELINE ROSE."

Damn this!! Is Eveline... THAT GIRL? What a fate! I thought that she was already dead???!!

Kyle's POV

I immediately left upon hearing their conversation. They now know. They already know now who Eveline really is. And I'm afraid of the disaster it might bring. I need to find her. I need to tell her this first. Because I know for a fact that Storm's father will also USE HER, the way he's USING US. Or maybe, HE'S ALREADY USING HER. Where the heck is she? Why does it seem like she's not in her room?

I've been knocking nonstop, but she's not answering or opening this fucking door!

"Shit! Open this fucking door, Eveline!" I shouted while kicking the door. After a while, I saw the doorknob turn, so I stopped yelling and kicking and just waited for the door to open.

"You're so fucking noisy, you know that?! Haven't you realized that if there's no response, then maybe the person is busy or not around? Damn!" Storm angrily snapped at me. Why is he here? Why is he in Eveline's room? And why isn't he wearing any clothes? I'm confused, staring at his sweaty body. What did he do to Eveline? Damn!

"What the hell, Storm! What did you do to Eveline?!" I pushed him. He furrowed his brow.

"Why do you even care?! And what was it again? Storm?! Have you forgotten that I am your fuckin' master?!"

I didn't bother replying to him and immediately searched for Eveline inside the room. Heck! Where the hell is she? "Where's Eveline? And why is the glass door of her veranda broken?"

I saw him putting on his shirt and he gave me a cold look. "The wind suddenly became strong and it broke."

"Really?" I sarcastically asked. "Or maybe you did something bad to her? Did you push her? Damn it, Storm! Where the hell is Eveline?"

"I.Don't.Know. and I DON'T. CARE. And 'damn it' to you too! Mind your manners. You're talking to your master." he said, grabbing me by my collar with a fierce, fiery stare.

He's incredibly evasive with his responses, damn it! He's not even addressing my question properly! But I think it's preferable to have some communication with him rather than being completely ignored. But you know what? He should consider himself lucky that I can't physically confront him! I made an effort to calm myself down so that I could speak to him in a more appropriate manner. I've been rude towards him since the moment I entered Eveline's room. He might be fed up with my rudeness, and I might end up regretting it.
