"𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫!" Emiliana exclaimed, pacing around while glaring at the cheer squad.

The cheer competition was in a few days and as far as Emiliana was concerned, they were far from prepared. Although, they always won, Emiliana's goal for this year was to win the best original choreography award as well.

Everyone knew that she always got intense when the competition was coming up, but this year she was a hundred times worse.

"From the top, girls," Emiliana told them.

"You can't shoot. You can't score. You will beat us nevermore. Go, Ravens, go..."

"Stop!" Emiliana yelled, cutting the girls off. "That was terrible. Your arms are ridiculously sloppy. Everyone put your arms in a high V."

The girls did as they were told and put their arms into a high V position, their hands curled into fists. Emiliana examined each girl, critiquing them.

"Okay, Theresa, terrible posture."

looked at Bevin next, who was smiling widely. "Not bad. But try to brush your teeth before the comp, Bev."

Next was Peyton, who looked at Emiliana timidly. "Nice form," she nodded in approval. "You too, Brooke."

Emiliana looked down the line at the rest of the girls. "Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Oh my God, you people! Does this competition mean anything to you? We have to win. And at this rate, we're not going to. We're going to keep practicing until it's perfect. And not only do we have to look good in our routine, we have to just look perfect as well. Hair, nails, makeup. The whole package. Capeesh?"

"Emili, cheerleading is supposed to be fun," Bevin spoke.

"Yeah, well winning's more fun. And if you don't like it you can go cheer for the wrestling team," she remarked. "Take five."

Peyton walked over to Emiliana, who went back to pacing. "Hey, Em? Why don't you take it down a few notches?" she chuckled. "We always win, anyways."

"It's not set in stone, though. We can't risk not winning," Emiliana replied.

"It's not about winning though," Peyton sighed.

Brooke walked by the two, glaring at Peyton. "Actually, it kinda is."

Peyton rolled her eyes. "No, Brooke, it's not."
