NOAH
Things were starting to irritate me. The music seems like noise, the dance seems annoying, even the laughter from across the room is pissing me off.
I take another shot, this shot glass is way too small. I stretch my arm across the table to get the plastic red cup only to get it pushed away by someone.
I look up to see Asher.
"Man chill, you've been going on for ages now", he says then tries to take the bottle from me but I move it away from his reach.
"Just back off", I say, taking a swing from the bottle. "I'm not drunk", I inform him.
"Yeah but you will be soon enough if you keep going", he says then scoffs, "What is wrong with you? Dude why?", he asks with a look of stupefaction.
"Her?, are you for real?", he asks and I look at him. He shakes his head, "She's literally a zero",
I grab him by the collar and shove him to the wall. A few gasps erupt from the little crowd in the room, "If you ever!", I warn menacingly, shoving him against the wall again.
"Talk about her like that again.. I will end you", I say with utmost rage and he stares at me in shock. His eyebrows twitch then firms up in anger as he pushes me away.
"Save your threats for your rival", he says then storms out of the room to the actual party.
The stares registered to me intensifies so I walk out as well, grabbing the bottle of alcohol with me. I head outside and to my car.
I take a gulp of the vodka.
"Ugh!", I loudly groan as I kick the car tyre. Why the hell did I let her go? What the actual fuck- and I let that cheap stake take her home.
"Noah you screw up", I say, hitting my head repeatedly. "Fuck!".
"Are you okay?", I turn to see if Abby had come back but unfortunately it's just a blonde haired girl. What's so enticing about that?
"We literally see that everyday", I blurt out and she looks at me in confusion.
"What?",
"Can't you get a better hair color, perhaps like ginger", I say and she looks lost as she touches her hair. I scoff getting into my car.
"Bunch of boring people", I mumble and just as I prepare to shut the door, she holds it in place.
"Noah, you can't drive", Loren says and I sigh. Can this day get any more drama filled? She's literally the cause of all this.
"Can you ever not bring bad luck with you?", I ask and her eyebrows bend into a bit of confusion and anger.
"Bad luck?",
"Yeah, whenever you come you make her run away",
"The fat girl?", she questions with clear anger now.
"Don't call her that", I warn and she scoffs.
"We'll talk about that later now give me the bottle", she says and so I give it to her. She seems shocked but even more shocked when I push her away so I can close the door.
I quickly put the locks down so when she tries to open it, it doesn't budge. "Noah you're drunk, you can't drive", she says, banging her hands on the window.
"I'm her Noah.. not yours", I say then step on the gas so she moves away from the car leaving me to drive out of there.
Why did she have to be there? At that moment where Loren decides to pull her stupid stunt. This is all my fault, I should've never gotten involved with someone like that in the first place. I'm so stupid.. I'm even more clumsier than she is.
